Today saw a big spider on the wall and i was like “hey man whatsuppp”
So i put up my little finger up to greet the spider as the spider doesnt have a fist to fist bump, and then the spider puts up his one leg and we were staring at each other for a moment.

NO, that is (your friends brother) just a mishapen head, which is somewhat common with a vaginal delivery. The head on its own goes back to “normal” shape.

The pic to which I’m referring is a birth defect, the baby may be brain damaged.
