There are many threads about addiction…I’d start there. I have none (that I have quitted xD) so I can’t give much advice.
I have no idea where all those aches and stuff come from…probably the body detoxing but it could be withdrawal.
I’d listen to the detox audios plus plasma flaunt (I think you have it…so that’s the OG field for this…since it is smart, direct it to the pains with your intention too). And then for nervous system and brain regen stuff. Plus the audio that heals the dopamine receptors but that should be on your stack already.
Here is how it was done the old way:
You visualize yourself getting out of body and expanding until you become the whole universe (or maybe energy breathing is all that you need for this…which is same visualization but every breath…you breath in the whole universe, but exhale empty air and keep the universe in).
Then you use the whole universe energy to program yourself to stop smoking…or program the whole universe, however you want to see it…doesn’t matter, the subconscious get the symbology.
You use dream programming too. After you are in theta and visualize that, you repeat (3-5 times enough…but you can do 30 or whatever) “Tonight I will sleep, and I will have dreams that will give me the power to quit smoking”. Can also use an audio and fall asleep to that. Or just do the 30 reps.
Then…you can’t do this part cause you smoke bs xD…but the old way was that you take a jar and use that to put all the ashes plus cigars when you’re done.
Then you take it (once it’s full) and smell it and tell yourself “this is how I smell to others”.
That was the old way man.
Maybe if you see all those people at hospitals because they smoke that bs too…it would have a similar effect…but man you need to get rid of that stuff. I think it is as bad as normal tobacco.
Try some subliminal maybe…nevermind I just checked indigo mind labs that are supposed to be the best and it says to listen 8hours a day for 90 days xD…stick to fields xD
Use the smart tap tapper and tap on it too.
Then use superhuman mutant or blast yourself with energy and stuff cause no nicotine, no coffee, etc will make you hella tired. If you are all pumped and energized you won’t even remember those.
You may need to build a new routine, so you midlessly do it, feel full of energy, and don’t think about what you “lost”.
So I’d substitute coffee and whatever it is you smoke with breathing exercises, 5 tibetans, yoga, or working out/doing cardio. Preferably outside. 30 mins of running, or cycling early morning do a lot of good things for neurochemistry (check out Andrew Huberman). The point is to move forward (cause it creates something called optic flow and sonic flow, that gets you going…the forward movement) so you could even ride around your town in a motorbike or smth.
But exercising is better. Plus you get the early sunlight.
Huberman also takes his coffee closer to noon to avoid the afternoon crash, and also even delays his breakfast to 10-11 am.
When I was on this routine or similar, it was great. Plus I’d try teas and ditch the coffee. But yeah, coffee at 11 is a lot better than in the morning.
But the thing is you can substitute all this with fields. You can get coffee energy and focus with a few fields.
As for the other things I dunno…I do them from time to time but they don’t become routine.
I don’t even socialize with online friends because of not using social media so…
But the way I do it is I sleep with fields. So I wake up and use wake-up fields. And I can’t use the phone for anything else then xD. Go on with my routine and that’s it.
