Recommended Fields for Shadow work please

What are the top fields anyone can recommend to assist with supporting shadow work please?

I am currently trying to remove/rewire old patterns and behaviours by going into my past to find the roots of my trauma and help to remove/rewire them so I can begin to live a happier more conscious life without the triggers of past conditioning.

So far I am doing ok with this…the fields I am using to support it are;
Ego Dissolution
Subconscious limits dissolver
Emotional release
Remove energy blocks
Amygdala Healing
Vagus Nerve
Self Healing and Acceptance
Smart Cord Cutter
Pure Magnetic Heart Coherence
Blueprint of Life
And I also use the chakra fields on gumroad.

Is this enough or does anyone have any other recommendations as I know there are so many amazing fields that may help to replace some of the above or further support the work I am trying to do.

You can also include the rest from Mental Health album - Depression the Relief, Trauma Release and Healing, Love Gratitude and Appreciation, and Forgiveness and Release.

You can also try the new field The Rite of Passage.

@Kalacakra Thank you for these recommendations. I will have a look into these ones you mentioned. There are so many amazing fields to choose from and even though I think I have looked at them all I quickly learn when I ask on this forum that I still have so many more to discover :slight_smile:

Additionally to what you already have and what has been mentioned:

Add Conceptual Realizations for understanding of situations and patterns.

Add Raise your Vibrational State for raising your vibration. As your vibration rises, old beliefs and topics that are of lower vibration will be automatically brought up and pushed into consciousness and awareness so that you will be forced to release/solve/transcend/heal them.

NFTs are made in limited edition, they come and disappear quickly. Once bought, a person can choose to sell at any price later once no longer needed or trade for something else. It is little complex for me.
