Regrow Lost Teeth Project (Public)

I just had a tooth extraction this afternoon. I thought I would go with the implant but turns out, the dentist said my jawbone is injured to the point it would be very hard to do the implant thing, and he suggested me doing a teeth bridge instead, which means I will have my other two closest teeth ground.

So I figured I would give this a shot.
I noticed that the available teeth fields state that they are not supposed to regrow lost teeth.
@Captain_Nemo before we begin the project, could you please tell us if this is possible Captain, to regrow lost teeth for adults? I’m nearly 30 now.
Thank you so much!

New Tooth Regeneration

Turns out Captain has a field back in 2019, it’s experimental but I’m positive that he can upgrade the field.
If anyone is interested to help, please comment so I can add you to the group, this field will be for the public, if Captain decides it is safe to do so.

The newest version of Plasma Soaked Teeth and Gum also deals with teeth regrow, clearly I missed this.

This would be a dream come true if Captain can find a way reverse our DNA programming to stop growing new teeth after our adult teeth is out.

You might want to ask about the people who did the shark teeth clinic. Appears that some parts of it there can be incorporated.

There is mention in the thread about a “weaker version” for public if Captain wants to I think? Better to ask the group anyways.

I was in the group and I still have Shark teeth NFT. It was specifically designed for existing teeth, not to regrow lost teeth.
But thank you for your support! I appreciate it!

A path to consider—>backwards.

"What this tells us is the clock doesn’t just represent time — it is time,” said Sinclair. “If you wind the hands of the clock back, time also goes backward.”

In the project itself (in the full version), odontogenesis was described, because I thought that before understanding bioengineering, it is necessary to understand how a tooth develops initially in the human body.
. But you are right - that was not the goal of the project. Tooth formation is a fairly complex process that involves tissue interaction and is controlled by a huge number of signaling molecules

But the project also described the topic of interest - tissue bioengineering (Tissue engineering is a set of methods and procedures aimed at the regeneration of biological tissues)
(this was a separate file).

It involves a triad of basic elements: stem cells, extracellular matrix or scaffold, growth factors, and signaling pathways

Some info from project

The goal of tissue engineering is to replace lost cells, tissues and organs, either to promote their regeneration or simply to restore impaired function.
To use stem cells in tissue engineering, a scaffold and growth factors are required. The ideal scaffold should support cell attachment, migration, proliferation and spatial organization.

The biomaterials (natural materials) used to create scaffolds include collagen, chitosan, and hyaluronic acid. They consist of macromolecules that are also part of the extracellular matrix, so they are biocompatible and well biodegradable. However, they are less durable and can cause rejection reactions.

The most suitable and responsive scaffold is either an extracellular matrix-derived scaffold (ECM scaffold) or its equivalent. Due to their identity with the extracellular matrix, such scaffolds are able to provide the best interconnection with cells and growth factors.

In addition to the scaffold and stem cells, there should be a link that would regulate tissue growth. These could be growth factors, certain genes and interfering RNA

Growth factors are peptide molecules transmitting signals to control cellular behavior and interacting with specific receptors on the cell surface. They provide communication and interaction between cells and the extracellular matrix. Cell damage is followed by the secretion of growth factors, which subsequently trigger regeneration and angiogenesis processes. An example of the “work” of growth factors in the tooth is the formation of secondary and tertiary dentin, which occurs when the carious cavity is close to the dental pulp or when the teeth are highly erodible. Among the key growth factors during tooth development are bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and fibroblast growth factor (FGF). They are primarily used in dental tissue engineering. Both cells and nanoparticles or the scaffold itself can be used to deliver growth factors.

The recipe is ready.
That’s it, in a nutshell, what is needed to create teeth. Thus, the recipe for creating a tooth looks something like this:

Stem cells
Scaffold - natural product
Growth factors

Already, probably the most basic provisions for dental tissue engineering have been developed. They all come from our knowledge of the cellular and molecular basis of dental development. We understand that the best results in tooth bioengineering can only be achieved in the presence of two cell types, not just one: both epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells. However, you cannot build a tooth on cells alone. Thus, the role of growth factors and extracellular matrix cannot be excluded here.

As for the most important thing, namely stem cells: in the experiments performed (it is worth noting that almost all of them were conducted on mice), mainly embryonic stem cells were used.

the theory of restoring the lost human gene that is responsible for forming and permanently maintaining gums and teeth has not been described in the project

The problem is, how long are you willing to wait for the process the Captain will recreate to form the tooth?
I mean, how long are you willing to feel the discomfort of not having a tooth?
even if the captain recreates an amplified process, it will not guarantee that your body will form a tooth (for many factors)
For example, our project described orthodontic principles
Imagine a situation where a person has a severe jaw deformity or misalignment of the teeth causes problems in the body
I think it is better to visit a specialist and use the energy treatment as an additional factor, instead of waiting for the energy fields to align the whole dentition.

I for example wore physical braces for 3 years - and I am sure that just the energy treatment would have taken a lot longer

That version exists.
but the fact is that there are many of us and only one captain.
Also, there are other public projects
By some coincidence, I was contacted not long ago by a man who wanted to create his own public project on this topic. He did not know that there was a simpler version (@Mucc )

he promised to research this topic on his resources and provide additional scientific information he would find on his resources

Yes, the dentist told me that I’d have to wait for 3 months before starting to do the implant, for the area to stabalize and I’d have to do a bone crafted first.
So I figured I will give this a shot, in 3 months, I think it’s enough time to see if the field is effective for me or not.
In the meantime, they will create a temporary tooth for me.
I figure this is the best approach, as doing teeth bridge sometimes create more problems as time goes by.

Yes, I’m against “bridges” too.
I myself have one implant (I lost one tooth during orthognathic surgery) - believe me, modern implants are a miracle, they fit and integrate perfectly into the whole system
They will last you a lifetime (of course you will need extra care)

Don’t get upset, and use our NFT audio.

I think the Captain’s art is a natural hint ;)
sharks grow teeth naturally. :shark: :tooth:

But still - I would really use modern dentistry in u case

Thank you for the encouragement! That means a lot to me!
I’m still down a bit, but I’m pulling myself together and doing my best :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

lol you didn’t have your arm or leg removed
it’s ok, seriously :)

Before implantation - increase oral hygiene, and during the recovery period, use Chlorhexidine, but do not overdo it, it adds yellowing to the teeth with prolonged use

Hello! what a small world. I was thinking the same thing 2 weeks ago, and i came across UgniS. I was approached with $650 in the buy/sell thread, so that’s what caused me to think of asking for a remint of shark teeth clinic NFT.

My experience of tooth losing is a wake up call for me to the western medicine world. I had a root canal at my left molar after i left UK (i was so poor there…with cavity, i just ignored it…finally, when i returned to Canada, the dentist said that my tooth cannot be saved).

10 years later, my dentist (another one) recommended me to make a crown for the tooth with root canal, so that it can last longer. Guess what? That teeth was fine before the crowning. After the crown was setup, i had serious infection on the gum. I lost at least 70% of the bone at that area. So he said that your teeth cannot be kept anymore. it has to be removed. i was like, wtf? You told me to get a crown (so that he can use up my work insurance coverage) to save my teeth longer, and now you told me you have to remove my teeth? That’s when i start to realize that doctors/dentists are not necessary working for you. They are working for their wallet/income…

Long story short. I used oil pulling, Propolis, chinese herbs to stop the gum infection (i saw 2 specialists and they all said just removed the tooth. No chance to save it). 2 years later, my tooth is still here. The bone is still recovering, but that crown created gap between teeth. So food debris always trapped in there. I am so so sooooo regretted of believing the so called specialist.

So yeah, Danny, try oil pullling (i use extra virgin olive oil or sesame oil). Propolis is very good in killing gems in the mouth.

Hope these could help a bit. I do hope Captain will create a public regrowing teeth NFT/Audio in the future.
