But @Eternal_Sunshine, why only during sleep or sleep meditations?

You may consider many love-related ones, Alchemical Revisions and similar ones from Psychic University.

On most days, I’m unable to listen during the day without any disturbance. Also, thought that thr mind may not have resistance during the sleep state.
Please suggest

The mind always has some “resistance” . There are factors during sleep that may help but also that ones which they might not. During sleep, the subconscious may be a bit more overprotective. And putting many fields on sleep may be non-ideal for your restfulness, therefore I would deem the sleep option a a rather last resort.

You don’t have to always meditate to fields, it helps, but isn’t necessary, u can have them in your background playing during whatever you are doing, just best if they aren’t like operating a heavy machinery or something.

Don’t have it my self but you can try yes may bring things up at first like a mini detox phase just try it nothing to loose only gain !

Listening on a device in your pocket throughout the day certainly helps. If you want to have as less resistance as possible go with Ego Dissolution and SLR.

For fields regarding the topic I’d mainly suggest
Alchemical Revision of Inner Self Love
and
Attract Love

Vibration of Divine Love. It doesn’t sound like it makes sense but this is what made me from single to married within 5 months of using it.
