Reward coupon is not working on TheSapienShop

Hi everyone,
I’ve been converting Sapien points to coupons and using them with no issues on TheSapienShop, but recently they’re not working anymore.
I applied some coupons for some purchases, the amount was deducted and shown as the final amount on the Paypal paying pop-up window but in the end Paypal charged me the full amount.
This has happened for several orders.
I’m not sure if this is only me or a site-wide issue.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

I think so

paypal isnthonoring the discounts.

There isnt any way i can fix this yet.

If anyone needs the use the discount code to make a purchase
then dont buy anything at all
until it is sorted or removed.

I managed to do it but its little tricky you go process normaly add discount then you will come to pay full price still there you have to go back put in discount code again and then pay bc the site then has you pp info and applies it to the discounted price then.

As Information its possible i did it and received the nft

I tried a few times for beauty products and NFTs and I got an error message saying ‘it’s exceeded it’s usage’ …?

I also noticed that you can only use it for music. :point_down:

Nah, the beauty products i just take a small markup, if I put points on it, it would run into losses (it runs its own system)

I just bought The Smart Mind today thinking I finally redeemed the points! Lol, I checked PayPal just now and it seems to be charged in full also

It also says the points are redeemed already, is there a way we can have these for next purchases?

Mine is still available. I mean the coupon. Just that Paypal charged me full amount.
Can you check again? The coupon is still lightened up compared to the used one.

I used the points I accumulated yesterday and they worked perfectly fine, and the discount was applied properly. I’m also receiving the points from my purchases. Not sure what could be causing these problems.
