I had all my purchases while I wasn’t logged in haha so I could onlyyy do that starting yesterday!!

I’d receive the rewards email and all but with no place to redeem them-- it seemed to go seamlessly on the purchase page as well but seems to be more of a PayPal thing?

I just checked again and it seems like the coupon is redeemed. I have only the new points now.

Have you guys tried logging out and back in to your account?

My points did not show until I did that.

I was logged out and signed back in, just the new ones.

Did it work for you like the normal purchases? I see @Baya has mentioned a way to get it through also

If you buy when you’re not logged in, I think you’re out of luck unforunately, as that was your mistake I think.

Yeah it worked normally for me. Redeemed my points for the discount code via the gift box at the bottom left of the webpage. Applied it when asked to input the discount code. Didn’t have to do any shinanegans to get it working.

Dang, not sure what’s going on…Might be an issue with the gifting app perhaps. Again, hope it gets resolved for you guys. But at least you still have and are accumulating points.

That’s what I did! I was there cheering for this smart system that seemed so seamless! I didn’t know I was fully charged until I saw this thread lol. That’s how seamless the whole process was! It was automatically applied also so I only had to actually redeem the points but no more!
