The discount only worked once for me a few weeks ago. Every time I’ve tried to add the new discount code, I get this error. Not sure why?

I had exactly this the other day.
What happened was, first i didnt select paypal, but some local payment thingy, then went back to paypal, and then the error message appeared. My guess was because the site thought it already applied the code once. But not sure…
no i mean who i owe refunds etc
It might have just been too much traffic last few days

it gave me an option to use my bank, but then the window never pops up to let me use, only paypal.

I have 71 Sapien Shop Points and wanted to use it to finally buy Solidifier but the gift box is not appearing. 
Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I think Cap’n said above that they’re turning off the rewards system (but keeping your points!) until they get the system back working properly.
ETA: And that process may be a little longer than usual with Sammy celebrating his new marriage. Just so you give them a little more patience than you normally do.

Please @El_Capitan_Nemo put the reward system back up how ot was or better at some point still had over 100 points and it worked for me.

I went to purchase, but couldn’t use my points so I’ll wait then. Disappointing. I needed to save money. I think it was working fine and some people were just making mistakes like ordering without login first or using a code that was already redeemed on another product.

yes but there is no way to use it for community projects.
it was never designed to be, if the url is password protected and hidden.
I said so, but people still do, and then I have to refund, it doesn’t work out well with paypal and the rest to be bulk refunding money.
It makes the business look highly suspicious.
