Mindfulness audio would be great if u feel the weight of past memories haunting u,or just want to rest ur brain from all thoughts.Ego dissolution also.Torsion field will align ur brain and heart,possibly makijg ur heart understand why that breakup had to happen.

I’d also add a pinch of the mental album, those were Forgiveness and Release, Depression and Release, Trauma release and healing, self love and acceptance. Those four if i remember right.
Another very important thing to remember is: be easy on yourself (and i know this sounds silly if you are depressed), but trust me, slowly building up the neurons for self acceptance, self love, etc, are so useful for the future.
Please also remember that nothing lasts forever.
Finally one light is more powerful than a thousand shadows. It gets easier with time.

Have u tried this and what different do u feel
I havent tried that one, but i know all the subfields in it and they are amazing to heal, let go, build yourself up again, while the process is smooth, so i can only imagine the combination of them with added stuff and in a harmonious way could achieve
