@SammyG @El_Capitan_Nemo Do you think it is now safe to receive orders in Europe?

I have no money yet to order but still!

Well… some orders still just… never arrived anywhere. And we’ve had to give many refunds and those are still processing. So, still can’t open.

Where are most “lost” items being reported? Maybe prevent shipping to those areas for the time being.

I think that the shipping issue, is now everywhere

all places out of the USA.
as soon as it flies out, it disappears lol.

and then randomly decides to appear at the buyer’s house months after.
In fact we have refunded people and they got their items after even.
That’s just too problematic for a small business and with maintaining customer trust.
Now technically, we are doing everything right and shipping the product.
Nothing else we can change to make it work better.

@SammyG how long after ordering when people start demanding refunds?
@Zen is a good question. Strangely, the USPS tracking is pretty clear about where orders are stopping.

After the problems started, and when Sapien’s store was stopped, I made (from another manufacturer) 4 orders on Shineon + (once I received another person’s order. Shineon quickly responded and sent it again).

Yes, the delays are big. But all orders have reached the Baltics…

A few weeks ago I checked, and my order that I received on December 30 was still available to the shipping carrier, that is UPS.

of course, such technical problems are troubling.

(I didn’t come across this, all orders were tracked. ps. I track them not on the official USPS website)

Maybe embed the boxes with a ‘guidance’ field? :grinning: What would need to happen to reopen the store?

You are in Colombia right?

I used to manage a courier office that is an American Company called Mail Boxes Etc, its really really good unfortunately not in Mexico but they pretty much gather all the courier brands, private or the local ones, have a mail box in florida that provides you with an address in the USA of course then every day they ship it to Colombia to each city and have their own delivery trucks or they use Servientrega or Coordinadora Mercantil and those work great.

And i know they are in other countries as well but more likely on this side of the world maybe google the company and see.

The monthly fee to keep the mail box was like 15usd
They deal with import taxes and all. Super easy and you can pick up at their locations as well.

Ohhhh they do have in Mexico!! :flushed::clap:t3:

@El_Capitan_Nemo have you had problems with shipping to addresses within the US? If not, is there a way for people in the US to order/email orders so you at least get some sales to compensate for all the refunds abroad?

In my opinion

U guys should ship via FedEx or UPS expedited only

and sign the label in cheaper price avoiding custom clearance

For international order

it’s already like that, i was pleasantly surprised that i did not have to pay customs! i thought it was the price the company that produced the tags.

Months. People wouldn’t ask for refunds right away. It’s honestly a reasonable amount of time people would wait before asking. It would just surprise the heck out of us when then 2 weeks later, it arrives to their homes lol (tracking would show updates).

We’ll look into doing only local for now. I don’t recall much issues in the states. No guarantees on this though.
