Packages are lost, NEVER ARRIVED, etc.
Have you thought about how to solve this problem? A SAFE and EFFICIENT solution for everyone (seller and buyer).

How long after you have received the A shipment from order⌠email you saw an update on UPS ? I got it 5 days ago, and UPS is still showing Order Processed: Ready for UPS
I think its because you choose the International Express shipping option, its so dumb but I think it takes them longer to process it

Same here, but I havenât gotten an update from any carrier. On SHOP, itâs showed as âOrder Placedâ. I ordered 5 days ago, and I live in NY

Like why did you reply to me? If youâre so desperate there are parcel forwarding companies in the US which you can use.
Meanwhile I prefer to wait till after April to see what the Team decides to go with.

You have to check it yourself, they changed the format a little, key in your address to find out âŚ
I also donât see why you have to ask me when you can just do it yourself 
Anyways, to add some useful information, there is a warehouse which I had tried, and shipping only costs 4.90 there. SO if you donât mind it getting lost between the production factory/store to their warehouse, you can just use thatâŚand then forward through them, they can offer UPS/DHL/Fedex
note to DHL shipping and difference in UPS/USPS
DHL gives the package a code which then is used by the workes/postman to indentify who is in staff to ensure the shipping, that means, if someone steals it, it is known who.
UPS doesnât have that, thatâs why things get lost/stolen a lot of times, especially in countrys with poor shipping systems

I have no clue what you are talking about. Itâs not even a map?
I selected the country drop-down during that time only, it doesnât give that popup any longer when I try again.
You have to key in your address and just see if they give an error or a price if they do ship there.
Again, try it yourself. Google some addresses and try it out, your money isnât going to disappear if you donât confirm.

The 2 tags that I ordered on the first day when the Sapien Shop opened again, have safely arrived today in Germany at my place. I just wanted to let you know that shipping to Germany seems to always work and has also always worked in the past too. Please kindly consider to re-open the Sapien Shop for some countries like Germany again. Thank you very much.
