Well if can buy NFT using the sapient wellness coin it will grow pentionally cause it will have cases of use. Or if you have certain amount of coins you are eligible to buy selective fields… It will encourage also members to hold certain amount 5k for ex. to be able to access and buy certain field or buy certain NFTs

if I have ETH in my venly wallet that I would happily transfer to SPW, how would I go around?

First we’ll need to convert that ETH to BNB, transfer the eth to an exchange of your choice.

KUCOIN is no kyc and you can start using in 3 mins.
But would need KYC to convert to fiat (if you want that lol)
SELL ETH for USDC OR USDT OR UST OR DAI or even better BNB.
NOW that you have BNB setup your metamask to use the bianace start chain:
