Sexual Energy Accumulation Speed on various fields (experience thread)

I also have a lot to say if we start a thread about this. LOL. I also understand women’s frustration with us men too. This is a very complicated dynamic and topic with so many factors at play that create it.

well i have already moved here to start new life , i feel olbliged to do something about it and your an Caps work are doing it to some exstend…here what i manage will and does affect the whole planet…taking it on the principle of the small stone is like the big mountain sort of speak… so i have no option to move… we are talking hundrets if not millons of people here under this shitty influence. only Caps work seems to moove things…and as i said i cannot leave the shit hole knowing i can heal it or atleast try or die trying…is understandable?

I wholly respect that and its interesting that you say that cause… that was going to be my next suggestion. That hard climb up. Becoming the change in your environment. Not going to be easy and you might not fully succeed but the attempt is righteous and will bring positivity into your life regardless. I respect that a lot Sarumann. It’s a very commendable task and I wish you the best of luck on it.

One of the reasons I haven’t moved out of NYC is because I don’t want the easy path. Not that moving to a higher vibrational neghborhood is sooo much easier or a bad thing. It’s just more difficult to find peace here in the city due to the chaos but finding peace in chaos is a challenge I’m willing to take. A challenge that I think would really push hard towards trasncending samsara.

I also want to see if I can make any sort of change to where I’m from as well. I don’t know how if I’m honest. But I want to make an attempt at the very least.

you can PM if you are intrrested , i can lead you abit and show what works. i am also very curious how the things ive learned will be in your enviroment. but first of all i like to know do you have an establishment somewehere close to earth… NYC in my foreigner eyes has tall buildings where the enviromentals from Cap have no contact to ground or alot harder.

thank you for your above answer. appreciate it wholehearthedly

Truth is the problem isn’t so much the environment. It’s more the people in it. NYC is a big city and actually is considerably one of the safest cities in the US. That being said, I grew up in the worst part of it lol. The park I grew up in literally made headlines not too long ago when a 11 year old girl was shot by stray bullet there. It’s been an endless cycle of decay and violence for decades.

It’s a societal problem really. So much to it that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to help. People out here are stuck in a vicious cycle that has been playing out from generation to generation. The show ‘The Wire’ showed it perfectly and it was hopeless to see how the whole societal chain is corrupted from the ground to the top.

But I’m the kind of person who also thinks people in the hood need to change their mentality. I’m tired of people out here just blaming society, their environment, how they were raised, ‘this all I know,’ and so on. I do get it. These are the people you’re surrounded it day to day, sometimes you are too far in the game and sometimes you got to do hard things to survive, ext…

But these are still very much excuses. Of course, change isn’t easy. It isn’t easy for anyone. As chaotic and negative as these lifestyles are, they have become comfort zones. They have become the ‘culture’ which is perpetuated daily by the music the hood loves. I’m talking about hip hop.

Which is why I fell out of love with hip hop. It perpetuates the problems that keep us hurting eachother and putting ourselves down. I’m also not trying to hear some guy just brag about how he runs ‘this city’ and has girls lining up to see him. It’s pure ego music. I know rappers like Kendrick or J.Cole are pushing against that but they don’t have near the influence all these other rappers continuing the spread of ignorance have.

Most ironic thing about hip hop that a lot of people growing up listening to it is… that when hip hop first started… it started out as a positive thing to bring minorities in these run down communities together. It was fun, peace, love and awareness (ego too obviously. bragadaccio always has been a part of it). Then, it evolved into… whatever this is. I mean we even have drill rap now which is not subtlly influencing all kinds of shootings.

Sorry I got way off topic lol. I could go on days about this. It’s something I’m very passionate about as I’ve seen so much growing up around here and felt helpless towards it all. But another topic for another day as well.

Ditto brother. I still will jam to some old hip hop but it’s not the same as your ego is dying. It feels…”defiling” to the soul and even the body. I can literally perceive it lowering my vibration. What’s hard to let go of is the love for the lyricism in it. The syllable techniques/wordplay/poetry. So like you mentioned, J Cole is a great example of a rapper to listen to to still get a taste of that.

Feel you on that all the way dude. That’s what I love about hip hop too. The lyricism, flow and the beats. It’s just so fun. But damn, does most old school hip hop have low vibrations. Super low. And especially that of today as well. I’m very sensitive so I get a strong feel of the energy behind the voice and these rappers… they had it rough. But yeah I don’t get that from J Cole or Kendrick and a few others. I’ve moved onto listening to mostly electronic, indie and a whole lot of classical. Been on that light and dark academia wave haha.

The goal though is to be able to listen to negatively vibrating music and maintain a positive vibration to it. Or just neutral really. I’ve been doing a lot of resilience training, in watching things that make me uncomftorable and trying to maintain a neutral mind. Not get triggered. Or read opinions that are very triggering like going to racist forums, ext…

Opinions, I’ve been doing very well with and so far been doing well. But I haven’t been too successful with low vibe music and distorting visuals that… I don’t think anyone should be looking at. (for example… and I don’t recommend anyone do this. I tried watching 2girls1cup with a neutral energy and not get disturbed by it. My trigger went up immediately. That one is extremely hard loll).

Yeah bro me too! The 9 Beethoven Symphonies (especially 6) feed my soul like no other music.
And also Indie/Rock…I’ll share some bands with you in private message. I will compile a list. I’d love to hear some of yours too. Check out “Augustana” for one. I think you’ll love them.

Yes this is doable. Just have to be in the right state of mind at the time and not in a vulnerable state of being. Which is becoming less often as time goes on for me.

We should have a “high vibe/positive music” thread. I think I will create one so we can all share.

well…this will go down the line like the other topics of media here…

more like we the forum members that are active here should not hide and share what we live.

Speaking of things that defile your vibration, I had a new experience yesterday. A very foreign feeling. The feeling of saying something critical/mean about someone (granted it was a character in a show) and feeling defiled. It was more than just guilt. Then immediately what came to my mind was the line from Jesus about how it’s not what goes in your mouth that defiles you, but what comes out of it. I never comprehended from experience that feeling until yesterday. It was foreign but I like it. I think it may be The Rainbow Body Guide, Panchanga Yoga, and many others of these powerful spiritual NFTs. From now on, I’ll always be very conscious of my speech.
