Yes it is important in my opinion. I wont tell u what to say because the more genuine pure and from the bottom of your heart and guts the more powerful. But just be honest in your words, the clearer you can and feel them completely, some people majority actually always say to say things like an affirmation like it has already happen, but in my experience just being genuine expressing your hearts desires has more impact than reciting words your subconscious is not believing. But it’s up to you what you feel like doing at the time. I wouldnt even rehearse it. Just say what you feel with your everything and thatd be enough.

My God. I dont know, it just helps, im also listening to millionaire mindset on and off some days i listen to them some days i dont, some days i listen to all the love audios, some days i dont, every day for sure SLR and Ego dissolution but the most important is the will and the attitude to believe at least not asking so many details and the need for confirmation on top of confirmation on top of more confirmation. Just do it. Experience it and take your conclusions, thats how all these things work, trial and error, but not like looking for validation on other peoples experiences other wises you dont believe. Thats a big blockage that separate you from your goals. Relax. And try it without expectations just with open heart and excitement and see what possibilities it could open up for you.

Today I had a random panic attack. It came out of nowhere and was very overwhelming. I felt a burning/tingling in the base of my spine, so I thought it could have been a problem associated with my root Chakra. So I played Sapien’s “Sacral and Base” audio from gumroad, and a wave of calm and relaxation just washed over me. I feel so much better now. The audio is still playing as I write this.
I’ve believed sapien’s stuff has worked, but I’ve never truly “experienced” results until right now. And now I’ve realized just how truly blessed I and everyone else are to have you. Thank you so much

My bro @GianLee was stressing about his tag being stagnant in status for 12 days. I told him it was busy around this time, and to relax because all would be good. Also, I told him what always works for me every time. Listening to the luck audios(LOA, Coincidences and synchronicities, Probability and Luck alteration, etc.) and planetary audios. Haha, he said at dawn he’d gotten a confirmation that it was shipped! Those audios work like charms every time! I am happy for my bro.

I dont know which one or if the combination but ill talk about the last 3-4 days because its when ive noticed it big time, but my energy sensitivity has sky rocketed, healings using the healing energy from the course are way more powerful i feel my hands super hot! My whole body tingles when listening to anything, meditating, TALKING TO SERVITORS/DRAGONS, sometimes even just with the thought of ‘oh im gonna do so and so -energy or manifesting related or im gonna listen to this list etc’ my whole body reacts like when the big lights at the stadium turn on for the show.

Guys, once again i want to share this lol
I noticed that my room temperature was super high like super hot like in summer 
but then the rest of the house is chilled, i assumed is because all the energy work ive been doing in my room/mini office, all the new audios etc. It gotta be that because the rest of the house is chill 
Anyway, just 5 minutes ago i asked my light servitor to drop the temperature down as much as it could, as soon as i put it down i grabbed the dark one to ask the same, i mean i was going to ask this to the whole squad lmao because it was really really hot but just as i was saying to the dark one the room temperature dropped significantly im not kidding 
i didnt want to use the ac so i had a standing fan on, not only the temperature dropped but the fan got like a big boost haha its blowing harder and the air feels cooler. I think this and the mosquitos/spiders repellent command will always blow my mind.

DAY 2, JANUARY 4
Added EGO DISS. and SLR
After using aura cleaning audio and just after that EGO DISS and SLR, i felt something happening in brain some sensation like feeling. This never happened before even I spammed SLR millions times. AURA CLEANSING is a gemm. In the morning i was pretty pissed off after using MENTAL HEALTH ALBUM x3 but Energy blockage removal removed that pissness.
Currently using three stacks.
- Aura cleaning + Ego + blockage rem. +Slr
- Mental health album
- Emotional release + amygdala healing + Ocd + hope and happiness + gratitude and abundance.
