Not at all i suggest use this stack first thing in the morning and then use other fields you want. But at leat between after 2 hours because its to much energy

Sometime It happens that i experience some stress-anxiety symptom and i feel nervous and unable to relax
Iāve tried everything and nothing seems to calm It completely.
Recently iām listening the breath of the belly and Is working REAAAAAALY GOOD! And the feeling of relaxation last for some hours
Iām wondering what can i listen to make It more durable or permanent

The field i have been listening to daily for the longest is superhuman genius, since around mid of 2023 and i have noticed i am significantly more intelligent. i do not use any other intelligence brain fields.
In general i can grasp far more complex topics more intuitively. I struggled a lot in school before with truly grasping concepts but now the same concepts genuinely make a lot more sense to me.
my memory is so much better despite my occasional marijuana use (impairs working memory). Recollecting relevant information happens naturally now
my knowledge of various disciplines has increased greatly. It varies depending on my interests, since i am motivated intrinsically rather than schooling.
my knowledge is fractal-like. i can see the categories and interconnections in all things.
I love to think now. i love to learn. i love to discern. i love to listen and grow. importantly, i know what not to worry about and what matters, and so my anxiety is reduced and my self concept is healthier
Iāve been using
Spinal tapper for a week(2x)
Core strengthening here and there for 3 weeks
Hip flexors for 2 weeks(2x)
Whole body workout for 2 weeks once a day
And kept listening to symmetrical body of courseā¦
My neck hump is almost gone! I always felt a bump when touching it, it was a bit of a habit to check what annoys me. Recently, I checked again by a habit and felt it smooth
Then asked my mom to check my spine and she was surprised that itās so straight
Iām pretty sure I had problems with it.
I went for a walk today and for the first time felt the benefit of listening to core strengthening + hip flexors. I kept my back straight while walking effortlessly!(on one line with legs) I always tried to do that before but still it was hard + car windows showed the opposite
AND, my left leg was hurting whenever Iād walkā¦ I thought it would be fixed with listening to symmetrical body(maybe it was because one leg was shorter?), it helped but not much. But after listening to spinal tapper for a week pain has significantly decreasedš«
Now I feel so toned with a perfect posture, although, I only recently started. Thanks to Captain š«š«š«
