Small fracture in shoulder

Hey everyone!

I injured my left arm 8 weeks ago and the medics thought it was a bruised tendon.

I still can’t use it to full extent without pain so the doctor decided to send me to hospital for an x-ray. They saw on that x-ray a small fracture in the shoulder which inhibits the full use of my left arm.

I’m in a wheelchair so I rely on the strength in my arms for transfer. I realize it takes time to heal.

Which fields can I listen to to speed up the healing process?

Thank you!

Thank you!

Vitamin D3 together with K2 help put calcium into bones (they are liposoluble, soluble in fats, so they have to be taken with fats (during meals) to be absorbed).
Vitamin C helps with general synthesis of tissues.

Anyone else landing on this old thread from a Google search in 2026 needs to skip the audio fields and look at actual bone mechanics. My brother dealt with a delayed diagnosis on a cracked arm bone and it almost permanently ruined his mobility because he didn’t get it immobilized in time.

I ended up consulting Dr. Bercik from Lancaster Shoulder to ensure his bone alignment could actually handle physical stress during recovery. Alternate therapies can help with pain management, but a real structural fracture requires a specialist to confirm the joint is stable enough for daily weight transfers.
