Stubborn body acne

The acne treatment audios description says it “will cause your body to shrink the sebaceous glands in your face along with disrupting the life cycle of any bacteria living in your face”

So this means it doesn’t help with body acne? I’ve had some stubborn pimples that just won’t go away… is there anything else I can listen to?

Can I just “will” the energy to doing the same to said pimples? Like focus hard with intent (conceptually) and direct the energy to do the same on other areas of the body? :frowning:

Uhh I don’t think so… I literally just have milk lots of eggs and steak and the occasional Mac and cheese lol and a box of pizza a day… lol I take a lot of vitamins but none of them contain potassium

I used to drink half a gallon of milk a day, but recently I’ve been having only a cup a day (sometimes no milk) since I’m eating more calories with pizza… I didn’t have this problem back then either when I think about it

But I’ll take your advice! It makes sense, I’ll start adding a potato or two a day in my ground beef! Maybe a banana too…

Thanks angelblessings!

It just takes forever to digest :frowning: but okay I’ll try!

You can add cream of tartar to your water if you want an easy way to get potassium, even better if you do a shake with Apple Cider Vinegar, some ground ginger and cream of tartar. Can also add some tea if you like (matcha or normal tea), your body will thank you.

Good to note that most people have a potassium deficiency because of high sodium diets and not eating enough high-potassium foods. This creates a lot of imbalances in your organism.

Stay away from milk. It has too many hormones that are bad for acne. Eat a lot of veggies and cut down on a lot of carbs. Drink a lot of water too.

My nephew had a lot of body acne too and my Sister got him this body wash. Seems to have helped him get rid of it.

I hear you man!

But the thing is even when I was drinking half a gallon of milk I wasn’t getting acne lol that’s actually when I had the best skin condition too ( I was drinking milk for the hormonal benefits and at the time I was also drinking more eggs than I do today which also contain hormones in the yolks)

I think people react differently to hormones or food in general, for example some bodybuilders on roids get crazy body acne and others don’t

:rage:

haha imma try bro… I don’t like too many veggies lol for now I’m going to add 2 or 3 potato’s a day hopefully

From the audio description it seems its targeted for the face only.

In your case I would to what @MarkS and @Philip_Weiss recomended, especially the milk and sugar part. Also drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
Shower with warm, not HOT water and end shower with cold water to close pores.

There are some effective acne treatments but it depends on the cause.

In you case I believe it is because of androgen-induced increase in sebum production, so when you stop the hormones usage you’ll remove the trigger for acne.

While using hormones, the only really effective treatment (with proper research to back it up at least) in your case is Isotretinoin (brand names Accutane or Roaccutane) since it is extremely effective at inhibiting sebum production, but it comes with some side effetcs.

From my own experience, you could try a (2.5%) benzoyl peroxide cream since its highly effective against “regular” acne (but might not be so much for hormones related acne).

Both of those are harsh on the skin and will dry your skin, so if you ever consider them, it’s better to have a moisturizer at hand.

Hopefully Dream releases something in the future for the body as well.

Thank you guys but unfortunatey I can’t do a lot of those things because of my situation lol (but I can add bell peppers too to my ground beef lol but I don’t have space in my stomach for salads and stuff like that)

I can’t lay off the hormones because i need them (I have some particular goals), I can’t stop taking hot showers because I need inflammation (cold showers get rid of inflammation and that’s no good for me unless I’m cutting, and warm isn’t enough to increase inflammation but I do hop in cold water at the end for like 10 seconds to close my pores) and I can’t take accutane (I’ve tried it when I was in high school and the side effects where horrible and they wanted to up my dosages 4 times the amount I was taking at the start, my nose would bleed, stomach would hurt, mood swings ect)

I personally think pizza is a super food (not healthy but good for gains) when it comes to bulking up tbh (the right pizza though, any low calorie and high protein pizza is good) so I eat a pizza a day, it literally has a perfect balance of carbs fat and protein, just has a lot of sodium and stuff which is a down side… Ik veggies are good for you and all but you don’t really see any huge bodybuilders eating them either lol especially when they’re force feeding themselves to force growth… bodybuilding isn’t a healthy sport at all

I literally just eat this, the same meals day in and day out

36 Raw egg yolks (it’s been more like 24 recently cuz I’m slacking but I will be increasing to 36 yolks and whites like I used to)
36 cooked egg whites
8-12 oz of meat
8 slices of pizza
(Mac and cheese on leg days)
A few scoops of protein

I know I talk a lot of about abusing hormones and stuff on here, but the thing is I’ve been abusing those audios for a long while and I barely ever get acne problems I really do think it’s what @angelblessings said and I need more potassium… when I was drinking 8-12 cups of milk a day my skin was very silky and smooth, I really think fats are good for the skin just as long as youre not prone to reacting to them

the acne isn’t even that bad it’s just a couple pimples that just won’t go away lol I think I’m going to try out quadibles skin hair and nails formula but I’m not too excited about it because It’s made with “love”

Yeah man I hope so too…

Thank you for understanding, I’ll tackle those health problems when the time comes

And nah not all bodybuilders, look at Ronnie Coleman for example (guy was on every steroid there is), his skin was flawless lol it all depends on how you react to the hormones at the end of the day

Thank you! I’ll add it to my night stack… I listen to skin regeneration once some times twice but I’m going to try always listen to it at least twice now, thanks again bro

Hmm I got acne treatment 3 times in my sleep stack, maybe I’ll get rid of it all together since I don’t have acne on my face except for some white heads and then replace it with 2 skin regenerations and I’ll listen to skin regeneration once in the day too for a total of 4 listens a day (I already have one skin regeneration in my sleep stack)
