Ummm…that’s highly subjective. Everybody’s brain chemistry is different. what I mean is, Sapien only recommends “4 permanent changes” a day, and for the rest there is no limit. But me on the other hand, I’ve listened to up to 6 permanent ones, with countless other ones, and still get great results…so you’re going to have to play with this…I mean for the morphic energies only. I’d start off with 4 permanent changes one just like Sapien says…Just those 2 of what you’ve listed should be fine, tbh…
You can try this out yourself. Take any video or sound file and play them simultaneously. Watch what happens. With subliminals I can imagine the affirmations to work better because of this higher intensity-level. It seems like the subconscious associates choruses with truth, which would explain why people chant their slogans simultaaneously in crowds like protest rallyes.
In the end of the day, everyone got to try it and see for themself.
Correct, since I don’t have any power about what other people put in their subliminals, we can still discuss what else there can be done to make them stronger. An effective subliminal consists of many parts working together and one curcial part of them is the way it is produced.
The lesser the better, this goes specifically if these are unrelated topics, for example “money” and “blue eyes”. If you only use the two you mentioned, you should be fine.
You can listen to subliminals up to 16 hours a day, theoretically, but I wouldn’t listen more than 12 hours and don’t use any at night to give the body enough rest.

Exactly. Now, here comes the reason why so many people fail with subliminals: They forget to use their conscious mind. You see, using subliminals for your subconscious mind doesn’t make using your conscious mind obsolete. When you do that, what many people do, and I myself did this for a long time until I got this, is they use subliminals and wait for something to happen.
Why doesn’t this work?
Because it is your job to use your conscious mind to prove (the new assumptions of) your subconscious mind right (and prove the old assumptions wrong).
This is the whole magic behind it: A subliminal does nothing else but inviting your subconscious to change its viewpoint. The subconscious mind says “Well let’s see if this is right.” and then it checks on what you are doing. If the subliminal tells your subconscious “Man, this guy is lean as hell, look at those abs” while you are sitting on the coach, enjoying the next pizza, your subconscious responds “Are you blind? Look at this!!” and actually makes counter-beliefs stronger, because you just proved these new, good beliefs wrong, therefore the old beliefs must be right. (Btw. if you actually do what you are supposed to do to prove the new beliefs right, your subconscious still looks in your memory database to check on the new belief’s validity)
The solution? Listen to subliminals designed for your desire, make clear what your goal is, understand what is necessary to get there and then break down the steps you need to get there into tiny tiny pieces. So tiny that they become ridiculously easy. And then do these steps. (I talked about this step-by-step approach in the context of lucid dreaming here: Road To Lucid Dreaming - Are you ready? )
Now, what I just described depends heavily on the nature of the subject. Generally speaking, it is easier to achieve goals like changing your eye color (Which happens in steps btw, which is the reason why you should listen to “get green eyes first” before listening to “get blue eyes” if you want blue eyes, because green eyes are just between brown and blue eyes regarding the amount of Melanin in the eyes) than changing a whole personality. The reason, again, is that the steps to get there are much smaller.
This is my approach to creating subliminals.
Instead of trying to get you from, let’s say Point A (No experience with girls whatsoever) to Point Z (Having multiple dates a week, being popular and all that stuff), we first get you to Point B (Being comfortable with being alone) then to Point C (Being comfortable when outside) etc etc. alongside some instructions to involve your conscious mind to make these changes as easy and fast as possible.
Man, I wish I knew this when I first started out with subliminals. I wasted a lot of time waiting for stuff to happen and I wanted it all, right now.

Now I understand why visualisation and imagination work.
Your theory about proving right or wrong to subconscious shows me that we can even use our imagination to the point of convincing our subconscious in order to prove something as right, cause subconscious doesn’t notice differences between these I think, I mean between right or wrong via visualisation.
Rewriting memory to the point of convincing could help too I think.
Really, I start to think that Subconscious really doesn’t know difference between what is real or not, your answer prove that to me, about right and wrong.

Not sure if you’ve ever considered this but it might be cool to see what playlists you do, or recommend etc. For ex- if you wanted to make a Youtube channel and put playlists public as ones you would recommend for depression or weight loss or eye color change etc. Your knowledge as well as ability to explain is very nice to hear/read for others like myself who are a bit shy/confused.
On a personal level, I am a therapist and I think that your personal story could be so helpful to others to see that you can be stuck (ie prison/ bad relationship/habits etc) but that doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck. When I’d started meditating the last 4 months of my 15-year-stint, it showed me things that I’ve been blinded by for so long…it made me realize that when I’m able to bring others happiness, or if I’m able to help someone, be it a stranger or someone I know, that is the key for my happiness and my well-being. Drugs only work for the temporary. But once that “high” is gone, you’re even worse than you’d started off… Mindfulness meditation alone makes me feel super happy as well, and I’m glad that I’d quit procrastinating about meditation(even thought it’s something I’ve known was magical since 2011, it took me about 8 years to finally bite the bullet and just do it."

I dont see alot of animals where I stay Meerkats they quick they not pet friendly animals most animals here are in some Zoo or Sanctuary and Wild life Park.I have encoured a Kudu once when I went to the mountain I’m not sure you know what is a Kudu wild animal they usually come out at night but the country side which we call the Karoo there are alot and they use to cause alot of accidents in the past while you driving at night they suddenly jump through your windscreen.Also ostriches they hatch in large eggs and you can also ride on them if you want.There are Zebras I think you know Zebras or saw one atleast and Springboks our rugby team is named after them.Let me tell you an interesting story some people here send negative entities in the form of baboons…once there was one on our roof my relative encountered it and ask who send you here the baboon just ran away I can tell you stories like this all day even Zombie and baby stuff you will think I’m faking it.
