I was playing the Silent mind NFT for an hour in the background and was simultaneously ordering groceries online. When I placed the order suddenly due to some glitch I got a hundred dollar discount. It should have been some discount like 30 dollar but not hundred. I don’t know how? Lol :joy:

Actually I didn’t intend to play silent mind while doing grocery… I wanted to sleep or meditate on it but the shopping went longer and I forget it was playing in the background

Edit : This was a flop… they readjusted and charged the card :joy::joy:

My bike was stripped by a vandal a few months ago and I finally got it fixed today. It’s raining so not a good day for a ride but it’s really nice to have it again.

I fixed two raging rivers of sprinklers today. It was very simple but it took several hours to rake up the backyard to find the flood sources, locate the offenders then walk to the store to get the pieces, and I feel accomplished. :sunglasses:

It’s been a while since I’ve exercised my practical troubleshooting “muscles” and it feels good.

Tomorrow, I look at why the sprinkler valve box is flooding!

I am switching to coffein free coffee now. Since being on Spirethion Max, coffein has lost its mood boosting effects on me, i.e. is no longer of use for me.

Hmm, does it taste the same?

My favourite coffee roaster unfortunately has no caffeine free option.

And I’m picky on what concerns coffee :sweat_smile:

But yeah, the effects of Spirethion Max are there and present, it tastes even better and you don’t really need it, actually you don’t really need anything, all feels good

It kinda still tastes the same, however, I have caught myself at the thought of wanting to drink a coffee for its boosting effects instead for its taste. So there is a deconditioning phase going on right now, where my brain learns that coffee is no longer a source of getting a boost. Previously, my brain associated the taste of coffee with the dopamine boost, now the brain is re-learning to dissassociate the taste from the effect. So now, it is just taste and that’s it :grin:
