I had a knee injury and I was concerned … I was practically on bed rest for past whole week … today it feels better. I am thankful to God, my body for healing it, all the audios from all the creators I have been spamming to heal it and all the kind souls who helped me heal it. Thank you so much

I ran without ankle pain and weakness. My right ankle. I’ve sprained both so many times, but the right one has gotten the worst ones I think. Once certain connective tissues get stretched out, or torn, too many times you’re never quite the same. I had been skipping rope but I’ve had to take a break because the stress on the ankle was sneaking up on me. I went for a walk and tried to run a bit, and it fells alright now. I had a coach tell me once that it’s better to break an ankle than sprain it badly, because bones heal but ligaments and everything else that holds things together never really do.

My bf finally quit smoking cigarettes.
He is vapining a bit. But he has nice progress. Vapining less and less.

The other day on the way to work
I saw this street cleaner guy
I thought about how ungrateful of a job that must be. At the same time it’s very very important and fundamental. Yet it pays really little. It’s ironic how the most basic and important jobs pay little.
Then whereas Elon Musk says in his new biography … “He felt that bankers and lawyers did not contribute much to society.”
Anyways, what I was trying to say is: I blessed this street cleaner and walked away. After about 10 meters further, the guy suddenly starts whistling to himself. Granted, he probably would’ve whistled without my blessing, but it’s still cool to think differently.
