So on Acceptance Mirror Affirmation - the list is already imbedded in the field or is it a more overall acceptance field that is imbued and we are suppose to prime it with words?

So all three acceptance all three differents field and not the same one - is that correct?

The audio with the recorded affirmations is fielded. That was made to make it easier for you to look in the mirror and repeat the affirmations rather than read off a paper/phone lol. The Acceptance+Resilience field is embedded into the audio for amplification.

You can also just listen to the field while reading off the affirmations in front of the mirror as well.

Is the acceptance and resilience field silent? I don’t hear any audio when I play it. Confidence and self love works just fine.

It is not… it’s actually some of my favorite audio… it has this rippling spinning feeling to it… very hypnotic.

it feels like it is silent, but if you increase the volume, you will hear a ripple/hum sorta sound.

Hello all! I have a kind of random query here…
I recently did a round of IVF and due to the changes in my life during this time I took a couple weeks (at least) break from the course.

Basically I went from working on my coursework on a daily basis, to doing it every other day, to taking a full fledged pretty sudden break from all of it. This was a first for me, and it’s been a couple weeks at least.

After a sad miscarriage, I’m ready to try starting again before my 2nd round of IVF in a couple weeks… in order to get myself in a rhythm again before I will inevitably have to add in the schedule of “shots/pills/hormones” to my evening routine again.

I was gaining a LOT of momentum, self-love, discovery, confidence, and real down deeeep exploration with this course…it was honestly helping SO. MUCH. I have just a few questions for the group before coming back to this…to anyone with answer? /Or has enough experience with it? :

1.) Can I come back to the same chapter after a week/2/3 week long break and expect an upward continual growth where I left off?
2.) Can chapters be repeated more than once before moving on?

I got myself particularly stuck on a “reflections” chapter…and I’m not sure why that particular one killled my momentum so much (in combination with everything else going on lol) but it did. Also my keyboard broke so that didn’t help with my daily affirmations. Lol.

Any thoughts from anyone who’s been through this ? I’ll have to check back but think I’m somewhere near chapter 14 maybe further…

Yes, you can go back to the same chapter after a week or 2 long break. Well I would say it’s best to start again after chapter 5 when the introduction ends ands go from there to reignite the momentum. So yes, chapters can be repeated multiple times.

As for daily affirmations, you don’t have to type them everytime. You can, but it’s best to say them out loud. (especially if you did them in front of a mirror staring at your eyes in the mirror).

But if you’re in chapter 14, it’s not a bad idea to continue from there either.

When you love yourself, you are holding yourself to be more accountable. All the addictions, negative thoughts, entities or egregores, etc can’t control you, nothing can stop you but you. You take drastic measures to improve your life because you upgraded your baseline for self Love. You stop focusing on the flaws and focus on the gains, you keep moving forward because that is what confidence is meant to be.

Even if I am not where I want to be, I will persevere, even if I am not attractive, I am still awesome. Even if I face setbacks, I will overcome them. That is what self Love and confidence is.

If you suffer from severe lack of self Love, get a second device and play this for 5 hours a day along with malleable ego or subconscious limit remover 3.0, becoming a better version of yourself is more important than anything else.
