Places of power are areas with positive radiation, meaning they exhibit a form of subtle vibration that is most beneficial for humans. Thanks to this, in these places, we feel much better, rest faster, our vital forces regenerate more easily, and our intuition is activated.

Located in section 495 (as marked on the forestry maps), the Place of Power is particularly mysterious and interesting. It is covered with many strangely formed, often multi-trunked and intertwined oaks, pines, and spruces. There is also an exceptional concentration of hawthorns and wild pears (according to some researchers, this is evidence that a temporary shepherds’ camp operated here in the 19th century, grazing cattle in the forest). Among them, a clever system of stones of various sizes and shapes is arranged, and under the layer of humus, another system formed by smaller stones is hidden.

Sensitive individuals, when positioned at the right point, can feel a whole range of subtle vibrations – from those that cleanse the mind and provide complete relaxation to those that cause a slight imbalance and mild dizziness. The arrangement of the stones has the mysterious property of preventing particularly sensitive people from entering its interior.

It is believed that this was a place of worship for the ancient Slavs. An old legend says that there was a place in the forest where the initiated gathered to use their power and the stones to ward off enemies and evil forces. Perhaps these ancient rituals took place in this location. This is likely, as a nearby glade was once called Czartowe Błota (Devil’s Swamps), and such a large gathering of strangely formed trees, as if bursting with energy from the depths of the earth, is found nowhere else.

This unique place was discovered by chance in January 1993 by a trio from Białowieża. The seekers noticed particularly positive feelings they experienced when entering a small clearing. Dowsers visiting this place confirmed the elevated radiation levels.
