So happy and grateful for this one!

This finally nailed my life long problems with my tummy. Inflammation, swollen like 7 months pregnant most of the time and severe pain.

Been living on ruccola for weeks sometimes…
Lack of sleep and stress made things even worse.

Mikrokinesitherapist took away the pain and some of the dysfunction but I was still swollen.
Always feeling uncomfortable with clothes that didn’t fit as soon as I had the first meal of the day.

Never dared to hope for release of these issues in this lifetime…

Yes the bloating is gone, if I eat normal. Of course if I fall into excess…:wink:haha! But who wouldn’t be?

Listened to it 3-4 times immediately when I got it. Instant relief and felt cured in a couple of days, as I remember.
Now I listen to it every other day or a little more often.
Great field. :smile:
