Bro, just a question regarding your statement. What you have said applied to probability wave and probability alteration field. Until now my idea of karma crucible was to completely clear all my past karma for a smooth spi3itual and physical life. So see karma as a barrier in every aspect growth of human. A barrier which constantly increasing day by day and we stuck in its effects.
Every karma(good or bad) works like a too “renu” or beyond this particle which create a layer around the soul…if the layer keep increasing then soul never get freedom and stuck in its pattern.
When the layer fully vanished or removed then soul is free from its cycle.i have many things to say which available in my native language books which are written by enlighten masters i can’t find any tool which translate them in English I’ll try more and share more things if possible

Why I ask this? because I believe you can.
PREFACE
I too, however, used to come from similar place of not believing karma does exist and everything can be overridden by thinking “I AM SOURCE”, we are sovereign being and through Higher Self, because HS is beyond time and doesn’t infected by such law of cause and effect because its truth in itself is free from incarnation.
In short, whilst not very advanced as your view, I used to have similar view due to tired of what I’ve got in life… and that lead to learning about Higher Self and Manifesting stuff. All to break the limit of my life and to experience the vastness life can offer, but, then, as I grow… truth show a major other stuff to look at.
Look I am no authority and I will deliver through experiences, please take grain of salt of what model I am presenting. Frankly speaking, I will also hold myself back from using word as greater consciousness and stuff to deliver my point better.
So back to the topic.
MAIN POINT #1 ABOUT “WHAT IS KARMA + THE HOW, WHY AND ITS INTANGIBILITY”
Some stuff you mentioned that you believed in(“integrity, unhealted trauma, subconscious stuff”), in some ways, are aspect to work with karma.
When we are talking about karma, we are also talking about Awareness, the essence of this life.
In my experience, and spiritual view…
Karma is not e metaphoric phenomenon that can be summed down as “cause and effect”.
Karma, is a very tangible energy and that which is subtly anchored in one’s own energy body and life vibration.
It is akin to energy charge, in a sense.
There is no such thing as western term that come close to Karma that I am aware of, if I were to put, perhaps it is “memory” and “action”, but even that would be a stretch.
This energy charge that is anchored and sit on one’s own energy body (we refereed as natal chart) is then called as Prarabdha Karma. The output of this karma is not random, but all of Prarabdha Karma is chosen and then regulated by planetary influences.
For individual that is advanced in spirituality, when doing karma burning, they can see which area the karma is burned and how much of it is burned. The burned karma is not always from Prarabdha Karma, it is also possible some little amount from Sanchita Karma is also burned. I think great yogis and other spiritually advanced being can burn great amount of Sanchita karma, and ultimately attain liberation at will.
Whilst “I” can override karmic stuff through manifesting from Higher Self, that which I agree, but alas, I was shown that some of those can be blocked by Higher Self, if it is intended to become “the lesson” by our Soul, The True “I AM”.
We couldn’t think it away, for karmic charge I mean, it has to be tackled and dealt with – whether by burning, and learning the lesson The Higher Self intended.
Does this mean we are not Sovereign enough that we couldn’t manifest what we want because of karma?
No, why?
Look, please carefully consider.
The places, situations, thought pattern, past trauma, planetary influences, what kind of tendencies and karmic reactions that somehow become the part of “us”, the unprocessed stuff… everything and this very life that is somehow carefully designed… who intended to “put” us through these stuff and for what reason? Is it as simple as subconscious mind and unconscious projection?
It is all intended by the The Soul.
The True I AM.
It is our own truth and sovereignty who chose it all what we incarnate with.
All of which are mostly manifested in form of karmic charge.
The karmic charge and reaction that each our Soul chose incarnate with to this realm of existence called Earth.
Because Our Sovereignty intended us for greater height, we got to deal with our karmic charge in this journey of life… this very own journey is what I’d like to address as… The journey of Awareness.
The Journey of Elevate Our Awareness That We Are That.
The Soul, The Source.

MAIN POINT #2 ABOUT THE EMPHASIS, AND DEALING WITH KARMA
Look, I’d like to put an emphasis that the self reflection, integrity/congruency, subconscious, trauma, pain body, etc working with all of those also fall into term of working with some of karmic charge.
Whilst I don’t agree that it is as simple as unconscious program that is running, I truly agree that taking control in subconscious, dealing with trauma can do a great deal for ourselves preventing establishment of new karma, because we are literally raising our consciousness.
With fully understanding your point, I do not wish to attack you, other people who have similar belief or any way, instead there are some emphasis to reconsider with.
In my opinion, I think there is no way we can achieve a great advance of journey of awareness without great amount of karma-burning, hence there are difference in our spiritual evolution.
We are talking not only this lifetime as human, but also many past lifetimes even hundreds of past lifetimes.
Every thought, every action, every feeling is recorded and put together in our Sanchita Karma, this is no small amount by any means.
I also not wish to put fears, hence I’d like to raise another point.
It safe to say that it takes millions of years of evolution to clarify, sensitize, and expand the human brain, mind and soul capacity so that one can hold and reflect all of the knowledge contained in the universe, hence the journey of awareness is no joke.
But in my opinion, it is not impossible that we can achieve great deal of burning karma and take leap of evolution of awareness.
Here comes Tapasya.
Tapasya is not about torturing the body, but is about reforming our inner nature by controlling the mind and rooting out its negative tendencies such as selfishness, greed, fear, anger and lust
Through Tapasya, we are conquering the body and mind. Through conquering the body and mind, we are putting a brake and taking control in establishment of new karma. We are literally taking a step and leap of advance in journey of Awareness.
So, Tapasya is about controlling of passions & desires
Some of the most effective ways I have found are Practice of Yoga, two of my favorites in term of effectiveness :
Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion)
Kriya Yoga (practice to establish circuits within through concentration).
By putting effort and concentration in those two practice of Yoga will help us karma-burning, become more conscious and help our journey of awareness. Especially when one embarks in Tapasya.
Alas, I am not advanced enough to create morphic field or to see how much years worth of karma has burned, hence I can only give suggestion what to practice.
In my humble opinion, This “KARMA CURCIBLE” NFT can help a lot as it address “Tapasya of Soul” and even past lifetimes. It is an assumption, but through other testimonials are worthy to be considered with.
