Anyone who has been listening to this field for a while and still doesn’t feel like it’s working, I urge you to test it out as the skill is probably there, it’s just that you haven’t noticed it yet.
What I’ve discovered through observing my thoughts recently is that I no longer need to remember every detail of a topic I’m learning. Instead I remember the general idea or concept and upon retrieving that concept, I can reconstruct the finer details on the fly.
The cool thing is there seems to be a synergy of sorts going on between the fields I’m currently listening to. For instance when learning about the vector cross product recently, Manhattan Method helped me to reconstruct the details from the general idea (like how it’s calculated, the right hand rule etc), while Enhanced Visual Processing allowed me to transform these details into a manipulatable 3D visualisation.
In this way I can independently derive new insights and verify whether or not I’ve understood something without returning to the source material.
you know what i have noticed lol with using brain fields, is that i understand what catch phrases mean lol.
Like i was reading the word blue sky thinking was, and i just now realised lol, that its called blue sky because it means not to cloud your judgement with what “ifs” and so on,
i didint check if i was right, and i hope am not wrong because am going to look like a big idiot, but as i was saying, i have been starting to pick up on common catch phrases, i always know what they meant or the meaning of them, but i start to understand why their being said in away. lol, am not really good at explaining
any update? do you do sudoku’s in a quicker way? crosswords? any newly acquired cooking skills like quickly chopping up stuff you could not do before? new insights in topics? new thoughts on old matters? I’m curious :)
I have an update to make, but as far as supplements are concerned; What Philip says is true, or rather what he advises: with Omega 3 supplements you have an edge, you practically connect the dots.
Highly recommended, but good quality.

It’s very similar to the natural processes children go through whether it’s learning to walk or write, these are all ways we have to wire children’s brains manually (here it’s the same thing automated and improved/ stronger), so it is safe. The question is “how much can they handle ?”
How young are we talking ?
Generally, just to be safe, I’d say once maybe twice a day maximum and if they are at least 7. No looping.
I’d start with once just to see how they take it. Not taking any chances for things to go wrong.
