Exogeneous, namely oral DHEA seems to increase predominantly estrogen in males. Also it has some number of anecdotal reports being stressful for kidneys, but these are high doses above 100mg daily. Endogenous DHEA is going to pass through the pathway that JAAJ has shared, so shouldn’t be of a concern.

Okay, I checked him.
My personal opinion:

  • The dude has barely any clue what he is talking about.
  • He cherrypicks facts that support his narrative and ignores all the other facts.
  • He has no basic understanding of chemistry and biology.
  • In fact, he is former football player and works in the entertainment industry, i.e. no scientific or medical background whatsoever.
  • His advice on Vitamin A and Vitamin D is dangerous and he doesn’t understand how these work in the first place.
  • The guy would make a good character for the “Pain & Gain” movie.

Day 42 of listening.
I gained 5 pounds of lean muscle mass; my previous +5 lbs increase took almost a year since I’ve been training for a long time.
Vascularity and muscle dryness is trough the roof, and so is my strength and stamina.
These are steroid-like gains for my genetic starting point. And these are just the physical changes.

What has your stack been?

My normal training and diet regime+ manly man
(The field is also facilitating nutrient absorption and food quantity, training intensity etc so there’s that).
The other fields I listen are completely unrelated to the physical body per se, except for the ones taking care of my energy body (mana circuits, ojas ecc).
On top of this, I also make sure I’m not tanking my hormone levels by eating as clean as possible and only showering using hypoallergenic products with no added silicones (they’re hormone disruptors), no social media, no porn, plenty of sleep etc

Sometimes you just hold back because of the fear of what they will say. With the manly man, due to hormonal changes you will become uninhibited and openly say what you think. In many cases, as human beings we seek to spend pleasant moments by having fun with ourselves and those around us. Pursuing that goal can make you not afraid to tell a joke and do it confidently, which will cause people to see it more positively.
The way you articulate a joke will depend on your language level, experience telling jokes, etc. It’s always nice to be with a fun and self-confident person.
