Hi guys,
I have been coming across this book for quite a long time, and I finally started reading (listening to) it.
I’m 1/6th in, and so far it’s quite good! I thought I should share it with you, and give a little testimonial, in case, some of you might want to take a look at it.
It has 24 exercises to be done in the course of 24 weeks and judging from my knowledge of other resources and personal experiences, it looks like a gem!
