Picked up this gem during the most recent sale. Iā€™ve been using it in the following manner:

  • Reflecting on the image, saying ā€œActivate Meditation Masteryā€ and then ā€œI am entering deep level Theta to Epsilonā€. I repeat this a few times and then relax. Iā€™m open to other ways that people may have effectively communicated with this (or other NFTā€™s)
  • I then play the audio, and do a closed-eye meditation
  • I sit for about 5 additional minutes in silence (still closed-eye meditating) after the audio concludes. Iā€™ve found this to make my meditations much more effective, especially depending upon the field/purpose Iā€™m using
  • I then will start my writing for the day, which consists of:
  1. Gratitude list (hand-writing) of 6 or more things Iā€™m grateful for
  2. ā€œMy Winsā€ section, listing previous things that were a ā€œwinā€ for me from the previous day and morning, demonstrating that my intentions come true
  3. ā€œMy Intentionsā€ section, consisting of single-line statements of what I intend to be, do, and/or have. These may be simple things like ā€œI decide to have a powerful workout with easeā€ to ā€œI decide to have a highly lucrative and rewarding new career path with easeā€. Iā€™ll write out anywhere from a few to a lot, depending on my mood.
  4. Sometimes (not every time), I will write a 1-page ā€œScriptingā€, where I write out my day in advance, describing it in past-tense, exactly how I would ideally want it to turn out. Iā€™ve found a high degree of correlation to my optimal outcome when I do this.
  5. While the morphic field tracks I play while doing this writing process can and do vary, I rotate them from Sapienā€™s Woven Worldā€™s - Contentment, to Subconscious Limits Dissolver through your Higher Self (very effective field from @anon72573121)

This process alone has changed my entire life over the last 3 1/2 years, and something that continues to evolve and be a living and vibrant foundation for what has become a truly wonderful life for me.

I donā€™t think so, I remember that each alteration of the field music file will have a negative effect on the field effect.

What you can do is playing the field in one ear and the sub in the other :thinking:

You can just play each off a different device or even same device if you use something like Apple Music + VLC player

For me, I simply play the audio and let myself float as if on an ocean, and without direction. Well thats not always true - sometimes i might have a specific request in mind, a question about something that i would like more insights on. But even in those cases, I let myself float.

Whats impressive with this one is that it works in any environment.

What you can do is look at the image for 1-2 minutes before a meditation, then play the audio and close your eyes. Maintain the image in your inner eye and then simply relax into these sensations. Go in without expectation, come out with full realization.
