Is it normal i have no even slightest result in a month of use, most of times overnight

What and how is your nutritional intake? Are you giving your body the building blocks to create the changes?

I feel energy from this audio ofc, i feel sore after… But my bodyweight didn’t changed at all :thinking:

You seem to have quite intensive work and probably also train hard. Maybe some hard bulking is needed in your case?

And adding Enhanced Nutrient Absorption can help.

Yeah, that one is goat :smiley: I’m currently using Protein synthesis from Freedom but i’ll replace it with Nutrien absorption

Damn it’s been a long time since I’ve used this audio
I haven’t been using any fields for like 3 months haha

If I use Muscle Roar with What Fat as a stack, would I expect to gain or lose weight? (I’d prefer to lose)

Or if it would lead to a gain in weight then would it work better if I played the audios in a ratio, e.g What Fat : Muscle Roar - 2:1

Any suggestions and answers would be nice,

Well yeah did it for a few days and gained noticable muscle instantly but stopped because i am a very inconsistent person

Is it helpful to use Stem cells audios before this one or not needed since it already contains fat to stem cells audio in it?

Well, for one the Muscle roar includes stem cells so it wouldn’t be necessary. Now the stem cell audios don’t differentiate those stem cells, they don’t become new cells or muscle cells. They fuse with existing cells to repair them and they are “smart” in the way they direct those new stem cells to damaged areas. They are simply not going to form new muscle.

The muscle roar ones are instructed to differentiate into muscle cells

@dr_manhattan maybe we should turn all the muscle field on gumroad into an nft so we can decide whether if we want to sell it on the nft thread because not everyone is able to get result with muscle field including myself, just a suggestion.

Big muscles aren’t necessity, if you can walk and function okay, be grateful for it. Some users here require long stacks just to function decently. NFTs were dropped per decision by Dream himself, so please respect that.

Hello,

Building muscles and especially maintaining it is a difficult journey. So I want to give you a point of view and maybe also a reminder that maybe can add value in using muscle fields, like Muscle Roar.

Remember that muscles consist of roughly 20% protein, 75% water and 5% sugar,fat, binding material etc.
So a fully efficient body would need , among other things, 200 grams extra protein to build 1 kg of muscle mass. Those of us who exercise and supplement protein, easily can add 200 grams extra (over couple days), but does that lead to the gain of 1 kg muscles? I don’t think so, because our bodies are not 100% efficient. The muscle fields, like Muscle Roar, optimize a certain aspect of muscle growth, but you have to work on general health, take-in good food and spread-out water intake over the day to optimize your body and metabolism and very importantly work on your hormones. Check your T-levels if possible and try to add hormone fields to your daily stack. If you havent done it already: listen daily once to testosterone 2.5 and once to HGH field and evaluate after some time.

Rest is also very important. Remember during the day you are hardly gaining muscles, because this will mostly take place during sleep. So your body is during the day in a catabolic state and overnight in an anabolic state.

Taking these things into consideration will generally improve muscle mass. I know these are general things, but maybe sometimes we need to evaluate ourselves and see if we do the basic things.
