I think so, Hardcore has been told to be good to listen during workouts, so Muscle Roar shouldn’t be heavier.
I have been using this on and off for about 10 months, with longer periods of breaks in between.
What I noticed in first month, is that I developed this figure which makes it look like I am not skinny fat type. It is like my “resting” non workout state is around average.
Most dramatic result that stayed permanent even when I didnt use audio for a month and more, was that the usually pointing up bone was covered(that part that is between neck and middle deltoid), so it really rounded up my appearance to make it appear like I have muscly genetics which make me more well rounded instead of walking skeleton.
Other than that, I noticed that after each longer break from audio, it would take around 6-10 days of use to make my muscles reach almost same fulness that they had before taking a break from daily playing. This is all when considered I wasn’t working out at the time of using or not using Muscle Roar.
If I compare my peak physique in the past, just from working out no fields, compared to now when I only use muscle roar:
Past: I would say my body looks like I am training crossfit, with muscles being defined sharply, but lacking in volume obviously.
Current: Muscles appear less defined/shredded, but volume increase is obvious. It is the kind of more bodybuilder look, the type that is more attractive as you get older (I remember back when I was teen that the streetworkout build was most attractive to girls, abs and all).
As I stated, there is this roundness in the muscles and the way they are distributed now, that there are no unfilled gaps(like if someone has shorter bicep naturally). Really bring out the aesthetic of the human body.
This field came in handy during my periods of overeating, however there is a limit to how much I can be pig and not gain belly fat. Big obstacle to faster gains was/is the fact I am not consuming enough protein daily, but that is fine.
I have used many free workout fields in the far past while working out and drinking protein,but these gains are simply so satisfying and better as I don’t need to train necessarily or use multiple fields cummulatively for an hour, just 4-5 times a day and that is it.

Edit:Forgot to mention how most unexpected confirmation of results arises when I am putting on an old T-shirt and sleeves feel tighter🤩

Is it normal i have no even slightest result in a month of use, most of times overnight
What and how is your nutritional intake? Are you giving your body the building blocks to create the changes?

You seem to have quite intensive work and probably also train hard. Maybe some hard bulking is needed in your case?

If I use Muscle Roar with What Fat as a stack, would I expect to gain or lose weight? (I’d prefer to lose)
Or if it would lead to a gain in weight then would it work better if I played the audios in a ratio, e.g What Fat : Muscle Roar - 2:1

Well yeah did it for a few days and gained noticable muscle instantly but stopped because i am a very inconsistent person

Is it helpful to use Stem cells audios before this one or not needed since it already contains fat to stem cells audio in it?
Well, for one the Muscle roar includes stem cells so it wouldn’t be necessary. Now the stem cell audios don’t differentiate those stem cells, they don’t become new cells or muscle cells. They fuse with existing cells to repair them and they are “smart” in the way they direct those new stem cells to damaged areas. They are simply not going to form new muscle.
The muscle roar ones are instructed to differentiate into muscle cells
