Looped overnight to see how it would feel. Arms are pretty sore as if I had a workout but not as bad.
Does anyone have experience using this while also working on reducing fat? I see people comment saying it has help to reduce body fat but didnt say how much fat they had to begin with. Its easier to see noticeable muscle definition when you have <15% or less bf but in my case, im looking at around >35% or more. I know it would work regardless of how much fat, just wondering if I can add this to my current stack or should I focus on reducing bf first?
This may also require me to change my diet and I may even need to increase calorie intake. Maybe I can just go on heavy protein, minimal carb diet as that seems to be best for building muscle but also allowing the body to use up excess adipose stores.
In December, I listened to Muscle Roar for 29 days without any hormones or exercise. I just made sure to eat plenty of protein. I felt mildly sore everyday and documented a small but clear increase in triceps, forearms, chest, back muscles and I think Biceps and Abs but not sure.
I worked my way up from 5x listens a day to 10-12x split between the morning and afternoon.
Added Manly Man to my stack in January, and have been using it sparingly because itās super powerful for me, but I think Iām finally acclimating to it. Since January, I have not been consistent with either until now. It is definitely a powerful booster of muscle growth, and more. Soon, maybe after another month I will leave a review for the Roar-Manly combo.
Oh, and I forgot to mention. When I listen, often I like to sit and meditate for a couple loops of the field. Focusing on the sensations in my arms the most, with particular attention to my forearms. In these areas, including my forearms there was a clear increase.
These were the areas I was tracking specifically for growth. So Iām not sure if I noticed growth here because I was looking for it here, or if it was a result of me directing my attention here while listening to the field.
In my experience, I have stomach fat, but have not seen any decrease in fat yet.
Yea, im probably going to get this as it would help with the body composition im looking for. Im still using what fat and manly man, both of which contribute greatly to fat reduction.
I guess i need to watch my diet mostly after getting this as this may require more muscle benefiting nutrients than what I have been consuming
Yes Im am also planning on going on a fat kill diet. Was debating between keto or carnivore but leaning more towards carnivore as I dont want to lose muscle mass but instead gain it.
I figured what fat will take care of the unwanted fat cells which should be accelerated by reducing my carbs to allow body to start using stored fat for energy. My body stores fat like every meal may he my last lol, its rediculous.
Manly man should curb estrogen being pumped out by those fat cells and restore optimal T levels androgens, etc which should compliment M. Roar as well.
If anything, this should force me to be more serious about diet and exercise. Makes no sense to desire to build muscle and then sit in all day not putting those muscles to work. To each their own!
To people who have both this and Muscles Beyond Limits:
I have MBL (works quite nicely for me), but Iām considering buying this one in the sale.
How much more efficient do you feel this one is compared to MBL?
I have both of these, I just purchased MR in the last sale and I have noticed a big difference in my muscle size and my strength. I also had added in Muscle Cheat so that may of helped too.
I would say it is an upgrade from MBL for me anyway.

I realised recently that there will be few fields specific to persons that work amazingly fast compared to others for varied reasons.
Muscle building ones work extremely well to me. ā¦ Maybe thatās because of my prior training, mind muscle connection, Jupiter placement in my chart ( not an expert here but intuitively I know ) or years of listening to muscle related fields or even my genetics.
Interesting, good for you man but where does it actually stop? I mean you would not build 12kg of muscle every month for the rest of your life if you kept listening, no?
lolā¦definitely noā¦human body knows well when to accelerate and apply brakes too. Skeleton system needs to support that much muscle growth so there is a limitation hereā¦
Anyways Iām back to my weight now, put down 10 kgs in last 3-4 months with my diet and other exercises. No particular stack for this.
would people using this field advise to listen this if you are in your cutting phase or it makes sense to use this after cutting when you start gaining?
Okay guys not trying to spread negatovity in any way just looking for some guidance. Im using this field for about 2 months now and im barely gaining any muscle if at all. Im wokring out and rreally hitting my protein. I have always had a hard time building muscle but i hope this would help in some Kind of way. Listening atleast 5 -10 Times everyday and somehow not really noticable gains. What am i doing wrong here, or what could help me?
