The Muscle Roar

I listened to it last night 5 times and I was battling to not sleep, it made me so sleepy. :joy:

What came out this first day after sleep is that my body feels heavier but what impressed me the most was to be able to contract and have a better muscle-mind connection.

Also I have a way better posture while walking, sitting, in general itā€™s big for me because I stopped working out and my posture was starting to be really badā€¦

I need advice on my strategy for using The Muscle Roar. Iā€™ve been using it during my bulking phase, but the results havenā€™t been satisfactory. Iā€™ve been eating a hypercaloric diet, but Iā€™ve gained much more fat (1.2kg) than lean mass (400g). I work out in the morning and listen to The Muscle Roar in the afternoon, usually 5-6 times per day, but sometimes less or more. Now that Iā€™m in the cutting season, Iā€™m thinking of giving it a break.

Anyway, Iā€™m looking for advice from others who have had good gains with The Muscle Roar on how to balance it with gym workouts. Iā€™m wondering if I was overtraining by working out 6 days per week.

So to be honest with you, yes you are. Stimulation growth and then letting the muscle not only recover and replenish the nutrients and chemicals, but letting growth occur is very important. I switched over to the mike mentzers ideal training routine (watch on youtube) im gaining very pleasant effects in the means of muscle mass and strength continuously.

But im not using muscle roar. Im using strength and endurance. Also eating lots of macros

Sure. I will take a look. Thanks Sir!

I have been using it and I have definitely noticed gains with it, my martial arts instructor tells me that I look more muscular and asks me if I have been going to the gym, I have this little secret hahaha, I only listen to it for 15 to 20 minutes daily, Iā€™m thinking about increasing the listening time and adding muscles hungry for fat to gain lean muscle mass and lose some fat, will adding that audio be unnecessary? Or this is enough for my objective?

Btw guys,
Whats the consensus on whether to listen to workout fields while working out, or whether thats a bad idea and better to listen to the fields while resting?

Thank you

In my experiencie, listening while working out is better because it creates a synergy between training and the field

Iā€™ve been listening to this a couple times per day and i unintentionally gained 4 pounds, I was honestly kinda shocked because I havenā€™t been eating any differently. Also my muscles feel more primed and relaxed and my chest is more full than before

Brutal stack

ItĀ“s stated in the beginning of the thread. Why should DrManhattan bother answering if you donĀ“t even bother with reading the first few posts of the fields youĀ“re using.
