The precursor Muscles Beyond Limits has a thread full of results.

Reminds me of conceptual conglomerate thread.

Nobody had anything to say about it, barely any results.

But I checked the conceptual realizations thread to understand what the field would do, a small portion at that, and then made the decision to buy the field.

Best decision I’ve made so far in terms of brain fields.

The fields are not “regressing” they are “progressing”. So I recommend looking at the other field mentioned in the description to get a good reference as to what could potentially happen, but then expect more. (Dream get’s smarter, and the brain guy Dr_Manhattan gets smarter. Leading to more innovation.)

I can tell you though, it works. For me personally that is.

I don’t use it too often because I’m built, but I have gotten gains when I did.

My guy do you have manly man too? If not no worries but the 2 have a powerful synergy!

Eating like 4 eggs a day, then getting that protein in, maybe doing a little exercise, etc.

Can boost the results for sure.

We could rely on the field, yes, and even get massive gains. But when I tell you putting yourself in that rhythm boosts this… It surely does.

I got injured and couldn’t use my left hand for a good 4 months but bulked up a bit (in a lean way) with this field and the fancy automated workout fields. Now that my hand has healed up a significant amount this field brought back a level of strength to a point where my lifting numbers haven’t dropped significantly.

In reality, if you have these hesitations, perhaps on a deeper level it is not what you need most. Don’t make hasty decisions, keep that $200 in a separate jar (this way you will also apply T. Harv Eker’s technique) and when you are sure you will purchase the product that inspires you most. Ultimately you could also do the kinesiology test to find out which one is best for you.

@DR_MANHATTAN Is it safe to say for the muscle building effects for this and manly man to be at a maximum level, we need to be eating more than usual (especially protein?

it builds also on normal diet.

PS: I think both files make me have more in the tank. I’m already stronger naturally, but now I think I can do one or two more sets with that much weight. Let’s see. I still believe there’s so much more potential, especially in Manly Man. But time will tell. Think, one year or more, people will walk around like gigachad copies. :joy:

i would suggest not since it may put extra strain on ur body and in doing so keep you ill for longer but let’s see what @DR_MANHATTAN says i’m no expert

Dépends on how ill and if it impedes recovery. You could try out.

I just did.
I had to take a 3 hour nap just to feel normal again…My physical body feels as if it is not in sync with the energy body and kinda lagging behind, if that makes sense. I am ravenously hungry, despite having eaten and overall this outrageous fatigue.

Phew.

I just bought it but didn’t listen to it yet, I read everything you’ve said people so my question is, should I listen to this wisely ? The common 3 listening or should I listen to this even less like 1-2 time(s) every other day ? Since RNA changes last for long and there is no need to workout everyday without any rest.

I already have the experience of Muscle Beyond Limits. I don’t want to sleep for 3 days because I also listen to Manly Man, so asking before listening is the best option, I always have very strong reaction from fields the first time, I’m afraid of the results, it was already crazy with MBL but very taxing. :joy:

I usually listen to it an hour a day. From Monday to Friday. At the weekend I take a break from the fields.
