I am new here. I registered because I hope someone can give me a reassuring answer to a question I have.
So I bought The Netstling NFT from Sapien Shop a few days ago. It was my first NFT purchase and maybe I did something wrong, because after claiming the digital collectible, the NFT didnāt get into the Phantom wallet. I was able to download it from the browser and view the purchase in explorer, but there is nothing in the Collectibles section of the Phantom wallet.
I have tried to ask for help using the contact details at the bottom of the email requesting the collectibles, but no one has responded. Can someone reply here in the forum, it works the NFT even though there is nothing in the wallet only be viewed in the Solana account. Maybe Iām asking a silly question, but Iād like to see more clearly.
I had another purchase yesterday (The Fae Bone NFT). Everything went fine there.

Hi, welcome to the forum
When you clicked on Claim NFT, it should show you your wallet address and then ask you to confirm before you select Start Transfer. Was your phantom wallet address correct there?

Iāve heard that sometimes Phantom weirdly moves some NFTs to the āhidden folderā section.
To get the NFTs to show up in your collection, you have to āunhideā them.
I canāt tell you how to do it, I use another wallet - solflare.
clear the browser cache and log in to the phantom again
I tried it, but unfortunately it doesnāt help.
I guess Iāll have to accept that the Phantom will remain empty. I wouldnāt even care if I knew for sure that the NFT was still working.

More and more excitingā¦ I downloaded the Solflare extension. I manually added the wallet address on the claim (I managed to find it) and the result is the same in Soloflare. The collection interface is empty, even though the browser says successful transferā¦ I just donāt understand whyā¦

At the end of the claim it says that the transfer was successful and offers to share, download and view in explorer. There I can see the transaction and the NFT image. I was able to download the image, I just donāt know if it works even though the NFT is not in the Phantom. I wouldnāt even care if it wasnāt in the wallet if I knew for sure that the NFT worked.
Thatās all Iāve managed to find out, and then Iāll let the subject go.
On the Phantom site it says:
āIf an NFT doesnāt show up properly in Phantom, then there is a good chance it isnāt following the NFT standard. It may be missing the metadata required to be displayed properly. You will need to contact the NFT project that minted your NFT and let them know.ā
It may also be true, because I have tried manual transfer to Solflare wallet and nothing appears there either.
I hope that NFT works in the absence of metadata.

Health recovery is a tedious process that depends on your current situation.
I donāt want to reveal all my problems here. But I also have birth defects and other problems. I have regular migraine headaches and skin problems. Since I purchased the NFT from Sapien Shop on 18 August, there has been no change or even the slightest sign of improvementā¦ That is why I think there is no connection in the absence of NFT.
It doesnāt work that easily. There could be a whole bunch of reasons why Itās not working. If it doesnāt work for you, try another energy work.
Have you tried out some field on youtube and Patreon?
Do you have multiple wallets in the phantomļ¼
Identify which wallet address when you claim it?
At the time of your claim, which wallet address the nft was transferred to ? You can also try to repeat the claim.
I have tried numerous times to reapply but none of the Phantom accounts have NFT. The Phantom site says:
"If an NFT does not appear correctly in Phantom, there is a high chance that it does not follow the NFT standard. It may be missing the metadata needed to display it correctly.
This is most likely the problem.
I think that unfortunately the NFT purchase system is quite unstable. Either it arrives or it doesnāt. But itās expensive enough for such a thingā¦
