All problems solved! Sapien Shop has refunded the price of the NFT. So I bought again and now everything went well. The NFT is where it should be, in my wallet. :-) I immediately felt the connection with Nestling. I feel so much better. Warmth came over me and the pain in my feet that had been bothering me for a couple of days gradually disappeared. I sleep much better and have energy throughout the day. I feel much healthier and fitter. I am very grateful to Sapien Shop for their help! :-)

Possibly it is load on Solana network, it has been happening for a while and often. Usually, it takes about a minute.
But relax, it will get minted and when it does youāll receive an email from the sapienshop shop with subject like this:
āOrder #123456 - Claim your Digital Collectible!ā
Get yourself some patience and all will be good, it is just taking a bit longer.
If you look at the last sales threads, youāll see comments about situations like this and after some time all was good.

Due to load on the network it isnāt possible to claim the NFTs to the wallet. It has happened and is temporary

I believe you didnāt understood the contextā¦
When there are delays in the mint process after a purchase it is usually due to some load on the network, that load is temporary and after some time the NFT is minted and we are able to try to claim the NFTs to our wallet.

One question I have Nestling printed on a small paper, but actually I think it is better to have it as a pendant in this case.
So my question is, if I order a necklace, will it be a new server or just the same one, I mean if it is the same one or now, I would have two?
Do I have to show the other one all over againā¦ or is it still the same one?
