Because as I stated earlier pboy doesn’t repair lost neurons. If they are gone they are gone. If you want to increase your neurons you need a brain wiring field. Manhattan Method is the best wiring field for beginners. It’s amazing.

You can keep playing this though, you can also limit your screen time. I recommend you look at my comments in the Manhattan method thread. If you go to the Manhattan method thread, type my name in, and then put search in this topic, there will be at least 5 paragraphs and probably more about my results from where I started to the end.

It probably will require more looping time and more days before your brain becomes completely healed from this field, we are talking about a lot of very tough things being reversed and healed here. It takes time. But as stated, if you are already having issues with cognitive abilities and more, then being on the screen for hours isn’t going to help. Did you watch the video I sent you?

I read your thread it’s working on you . And i also watched your video.definitely screen time plays a role. As I am not earning because of my condition. I can’t afford Manhattan method during this time. All my saving are spent in hospitals bills,I lost almost everything I. E my money, my friends, my career, my loved one because of this illness. If any audio of sapien cure me Or heal me Or even help me. It will help lakhs of people. I will bring here thousands of people. many are suffering from this illness

Pboy is supposed to do fixing my dopamine receptors that are not working right. And fixing many things that are not working right…

There are many fields for dopamine and it might work better if you simply focus on those fields. Overcome addictions field helps a lot, etc. But your dopamine will be fried from hours of screen time not going to lie to you. You kind of have to optimize dopamine. You can’t spend hours on the phones or watching movies and youtube all day and then hope to have dopamine to do other things. Sadly our brains have to be optimized. you can dopamine detox and then reset your dopamine though, the fields will help with that as well. Recommend you watch andrew huberman dopamine videos on youtube.

The reason it’s working on me is because I’ve literally slept full nights with pboy. I also used all the dopamine audios and even bought other dopamine ones later. What worked for me was managing dopamine as well as increasing it through fields. You can’t just build dopamine with 3 loops and then engage in 12 hours of dopamine snatching activity. I’m so sorry that you are in this condition, but you will have to choose to maybe journal, read, meditate, etc. There’s thing that must be done to optimize dopamine.

What results you got from pboy?

Better sleep, less brain fog, whenever i get low sleep i can get relief and feel fresher. More brain energy, etc. There could be more benefits but I use brain fields all day every so idk what else is occurring. I have like 4 dopamine boosting fields that I use so it’s hard for me to say.

I have heard that pboy is advanced brain regeneration. And does it regenerate the damaged areas?

Yep, but just like brain regeneration it takes time. If you have years of brain damage, very deep brain damage, give it time. Especially if you aren’t playing it for 2+ hours a day like me and others.

It also helped me with addictions so I believe it did help me with dopamine. But I’ve looped it for at least 100 hours lol. I play it everyday, I’m playing it right now.

I can give you some simple but effective tips that can help you in the recovery process.

  1. Fields. Add a few free fields specifically targeted at your main problems. The joint work of the fields will allow you to get a synergistic effect
  2. Diary of observations. Note any minute changes. Even if you are not sure whether it is the result of the field or a natural recovery. This will allow your brain to focus on positive changes and speed up the recovery process.
  3. Slow down whenever possible.
  4. Give up automatism whenever possible. Automatism is an assistant to the performer, but an enemy for the brain. Add attention to everything you do. How you move, what your body feels, what your eyes see, what your ears hear. What your feet do when walking. And what are your hands doing at this time.
  5. Subtle differences in different areas of your life. For example, we often walk the same roads, and we don’t see any changes. Try to find these changes everywhere. This stone was lying differently yesterday, but a leaf broke through here. You will be surprised how many changes are happening around, completely invisible to our eyes.
  6. Try to do the usual things in a different way. Change the established order of actions. Any, even minimal changes. If you wash your face first, then brush your teeth - try to do it the other way around. Stir the sugar into the coffee in the other direction. Take the mug with the other hand. Go another way.
  7. Mindfulness is an important factor for brain health. Become aware of yourself, your body. You are, you are here and now. Practice this for at least a few minutes a day.
  8. With problems with dopamine and motivation. Don’t set yourself impossible tasks. Break large tasks into small ones. Always leave time for rest. Earn the brain a “dopamine story”: make a list of goals for the day. It is important that they are doable, even if at first it is just to “Wash” and “brush your teeth”. And be sure to cross them out after execution. So you get a portion of healthy dopamine and train the brain to self-motivation. Always praise yourself and reward yourself for getting out of your comfort zone.

I had instances where I could feel this field nor noticed any benefits . I ultimately had blockages that I had to get rid up before I noticed anything. Auric repair and strengthen also helps fields to work better . Try the ones recommended early and let me know.

Edit: Also forgot to mention that you may need to use the Jing, chi and Shen audios along with the transmutation field on YouTube. You overall energy levels may be insufficient as well. Follow up with some ojas as well. See how you feel then.

So yeah, try all these recommendations and then report back.

He means you cant expect 3 loops of dopamine to sufficiently endure 12 hrs worth of depletion. Whatever you use or do that causes your dopamine to drain. Takes time to repair and get the correct levels right. Then it’s all about making sure you don’t burn them out again.

So if you love a certain show, game, food or any guilty pleasure don’t look for less than 30 minutes in one singular day to redo all the damage that has been done over the course of months and years.

also do u guys listen to brain regen aswell this field for faster healing or does this replace brain regen

This replaces Brain Regeneration, I would assume that at least partially, meaning physically it will heal everything, but psychological and trauma parts might still stay.

I still listen to brain regeneration from time to time. As for porn usage. One NFT that will destroy your urge for that stuff is tejas. But I listen to this and brain regeneration(randomly), overcome addiction, brain refresher , remove subconscious clutter and whatever else I can find.
