What kind of damages do you have and what results do you expect from the field? Are there no changes at all, or do they seem insignificant to you? In my opinion, 15 days is too short a time for such preparations.
And I also advise you to keep a diary of observations, where you will note any, even the tiniest changes. This will help you learn to notice any results. Then there will be more and more of them. And the big result consists of many small ones
In agreement here. Healing the brain can be an especially slow process that requires a lot of patience and awareness of subtle shifts. Iāve been through it a couple of times. The journal is great advice. Expecting one single treatment to be an immediate magic bullet often leads to disappointment.
Trust your bodyās ability to heal, be consistent with positive actions, and as @maTata says, keep on the lookout for subtle improvements ā thatās where recovery begins.
Also in conjunction with the great advice supplied, I recommend getting Manhattan Method.
I know itās a paid field, but itās such a life changing field. If you get that, I can almost 100% guarantee you that you will see improvements in your cognitive performance. It just expands and connects too many areas.
I too may have suffered from a sort of neuron loss, through bad habits. But I went from feeling normal, to feeling amazing. With time and energy, I began seeing great improvement, now Iām not even trying and Iām doing very well. Compared to just a few months ago when I was struggling.
But earlier sapien audios was working on me.and i will also listen what you have mentioned. As I am little depressed and my mind is not working in full potential. So thatās why might not be working. So then what is the point of this audio? But i want this audio to work on me so i can recover fast. Thank you for your input.
I have reduced functionality of brain. I have cognitive defects, emotional blunting, anhedonia, low motivation etc. I have broken dopamine system ,gaba system, serotonin system in short a broken brain. I donāt know of itās because of damaged neuron. I am recovering at a very slow rate. I want from this audio to fast pace my recovery and full recovery. I healed a little bit but i think itās because of time. As I am recovering with time. I will mind that i will keep journal. As I want my full recovery so bad do you have any suggestions.
Because as I stated earlier pboy doesnāt repair lost neurons. If they are gone they are gone. If you want to increase your neurons you need a brain wiring field. Manhattan Method is the best wiring field for beginners. Itās amazing.
You can keep playing this though, you can also limit your screen time. I recommend you look at my comments in the Manhattan method thread. If you go to the Manhattan method thread, type my name in, and then put search in this topic, there will be at least 5 paragraphs and probably more about my results from where I started to the end.
It probably will require more looping time and more days before your brain becomes completely healed from this field, we are talking about a lot of very tough things being reversed and healed here. It takes time. But as stated, if you are already having issues with cognitive abilities and more, then being on the screen for hours isnāt going to help. Did you watch the video I sent you?
I read your thread itās working on you . And i also watched your video.definitely screen time plays a role. As I am not earning because of my condition. I canāt afford Manhattan method during this time. All my saving are spent in hospitals bills,I lost almost everything I. E my money, my friends, my career, my loved one because of this illness. If any audio of sapien cure me Or heal me Or even help me. It will help lakhs of people. I will bring here thousands of people. many are suffering from this illness
There are many fields for dopamine and it might work better if you simply focus on those fields. Overcome addictions field helps a lot, etc. But your dopamine will be fried from hours of screen time not going to lie to you. You kind of have to optimize dopamine. You canāt spend hours on the phones or watching movies and youtube all day and then hope to have dopamine to do other things. Sadly our brains have to be optimized. you can dopamine detox and then reset your dopamine though, the fields will help with that as well. Recommend you watch andrew huberman dopamine videos on youtube.
The reason itās working on me is because Iāve literally slept full nights with pboy. I also used all the dopamine audios and even bought other dopamine ones later. What worked for me was managing dopamine as well as increasing it through fields. You canāt just build dopamine with 3 loops and then engage in 12 hours of dopamine snatching activity. Iām so sorry that you are in this condition, but you will have to choose to maybe journal, read, meditate, etc. Thereās thing that must be done to optimize dopamine.
Better sleep, less brain fog, whenever i get low sleep i can get relief and feel fresher. More brain energy, etc. There could be more benefits but I use brain fields all day every so idk what else is occurring. I have like 4 dopamine boosting fields that I use so itās hard for me to say.
Yep, but just like brain regeneration it takes time. If you have years of brain damage, very deep brain damage, give it time. Especially if you arenāt playing it for 2+ hours a day like me and others.
It also helped me with addictions so I believe it did help me with dopamine. But Iāve looped it for at least 100 hours lol. I play it everyday, Iām playing it right now.
Well, first of all, I want to emphasize this once again:
Yes, I understand very well that you want big and fast changes. But the brain is a very complex structure, and working with its damage can take a long time.
The second thing that is important to emphasize is that when working with brain damage, it is sometimes very difficult to distinguish the result of the field from the natural recovery process. And this applies not only to fields, but also to any other methods. Sometimes you just have to trust the process
I can give you some simple but effective tips that can help you in the recovery process.
Fields. Add a few free fields specifically targeted at your main problems. The joint work of the fields will allow you to get a synergistic effect
Diary of observations. Note any minute changes. Even if you are not sure whether it is the result of the field or a natural recovery. This will allow your brain to focus on positive changes and speed up the recovery process.
Slow down whenever possible.
Give up automatism whenever possible. Automatism is an assistant to the performer, but an enemy for the brain. Add attention to everything you do. How you move, what your body feels, what your eyes see, what your ears hear. What your feet do when walking. And what are your hands doing at this time.
Subtle differences in different areas of your life. For example, we often walk the same roads, and we donāt see any changes. Try to find these changes everywhere. This stone was lying differently yesterday, but a leaf broke through here. You will be surprised how many changes are happening around, completely invisible to our eyes.
Try to do the usual things in a different way. Change the established order of actions. Any, even minimal changes. If you wash your face first, then brush your teeth - try to do it the other way around. Stir the sugar into the coffee in the other direction. Take the mug with the other hand. Go another way.
Mindfulness is an important factor for brain health. Become aware of yourself, your body. You are, you are here and now. Practice this for at least a few minutes a day.
With problems with dopamine and motivation. Donāt set yourself impossible tasks. Break large tasks into small ones. Always leave time for rest. Earn the brain a ādopamine storyā: make a list of goals for the day. It is important that they are doable, even if at first it is just to āWashā and ābrush your teethā. And be sure to cross them out after execution. So you get a portion of healthy dopamine and train the brain to self-motivation. Always praise yourself and reward yourself for getting out of your comfort zone.
