The Plasma Glass Skin

Would this stack be ok for fuller face with a little lift in face/eyelids?

  • Plasma Protocol 3
  • Plasma Glass Skin
  • Plasma Mithochondria
  • Stem Cells to Face, Neck… or Smart Stem Cells
  • Microcurrent Facial Stimulant

U asked a question and I already replied.
My reply is based on my personal subjective experience as a 65 yr. old using the mentioned fields.

I dont own the Plasma protocol so cannot comment.

If u read the description for Plasma Mitochondria it doesnt mention skin. One forum member mentioned she felt it helped her skin, and now everyone makes it a recommendation. I have not found this to help my skin. YMMV

It is trial and error to see what works best FOR YOU.

What are the full benefits? Does this help with skin texture issues? Plump the skin? will this give me actual smooth glass like skin? I’m wondering b/c I’ve listened for a few day now on loop all night and see no results. How long will it take? Thank you so much to any and all replies!!

That’s probably because it’s not the recommended listening about for “optimal effects”

So what you mean is listening to it on loop but for just a few days is not the same as listening a few times for a lengthy amount of days?

I read it all, basically, I didn’t see much commentary on the results or how long it takes to see them. Thanks for the reply!

Welcome!
Perhaps you’d like to read the Official Sapienmed FAQ (Updated).

Whilst it can’t tell you precisely “how long” it’ll take for you to get your results (no one can; it’s all individual) that thread will give you explanations as to why your prior listening approach wasn’t as effective as it could have been and will give you pointers on how best to use your fields.

Welcome Gissi,

Here’s a detail in the description which supports what the other members have said so far, regarding overuse:

So although more gentle than actual retinol, the field still has similar properties. Some members have reported a slightly increased sentivity to sunlight after using it (see again the field’s thread). That’s why it matters to follow the instructions more carefully here. A cleanly formulated sunscreen can be a good complement. Also, making sure to clean skin at least once a day (in addition to overall wash in the shower). Fields can’t act on their own if the skin is clogged, etc.

I just need to disagree with this one as I see a lot of people making this mistake; washing your face in the shower strips it of natural oils that keep your skin moist and glowy, even if you’re doing cold showers.

Just mild cleansing, and as Bronyaur suggested, SPF-regardless of whether you’re using this audio or not, if you care to care about your skin.

I should have been more specific. What I meant is: Supposing that one takes a shower in the morning, but then at night goes to bed with makeup, daily dirt on their face, etc. It might be problematic. Mildly cleansed face seems to provide a better basis + yes, SPF and not overusing the field (since possible irritation may ruin or at least reduce the benefits).

Well yes my skin is peeling so I don’t want to cause it be more dry I’m gonna wash it once my normal to dry cleanser comes in mail this week. Thank u so much for ur insight. I stopped using retinol (I only used it for two days) once I got this field because of that. I’m excited to see the results I think since it works as retinol it should takes months to see the grander changes.

Yeah since I’m using acne ablation as well im trying to not wash till I get my normal-dry cleanser. All I have now is one for oily skin. Ha and it’s drying my skin but I’m sure the peeling part is from the glass skin one. I think as long the peeling stops the dryish skin shouldn’t be a problem. It’s ridding acne and blemishes so it’s worth it plus I won’t have to wash it as much.

Retinol and acne ablation and everything else you might be subjecting your skin to could well be responsible (in part) to the drying, peeling, etc. that you’re experiencing.

You can do oil washing  I’ve never looked back since doing that. It deep cleanses (works great to remove makeup!) without stripping the skin of its essential moisture. Surprisingly, it also works wonders for acne.

You take an oil that’s suited to your skin type (they can be found quickly online) and massage it into your skin for 1-2 minutes. The oil will dissolve the dirt and sebum from within the pores. The massage is also great for blood and lymph circulation.

Then, take a washcloth that has tolerably hot water on it and cover your face, leaving one corner free. You let the steam work its magic to open the pores for 1-2 minutes (this step can be skipped if in a hurry, it just cleanses deeper). The dirt in the pores will go to the surface and replaced by beneficial oils.

Take the free corner and gently remove the oil.

That’s it! This sounded so counter intuitive to me, but it works better than any fancy soap I’ve ever used, skin looks glowing and plump. I often don’t need to add moisturizer but when I do I just put one drop of jojoba oil et voilà! I had a phase of expensive creams and regimens and was surprised that this beats them all.

How long does it take to see results? I’ve been using about five days now and see slim to none. Should I keep using for months on end?

That varies from individual to individual. But yeah, 5 days is an unrealistic expectation to see results, especially given the harshness you’ve been subjecting your poor skin to. This isn’t the genii from Aladdin.

Maybe you want to look at some of the self-love fields?

If that’s what it takes, then yes?

so does this clear acne?
