I went and created something for in the mean time. The script is based on my watching many Grannon videos over the years.
The understanding is that the super ego is the part of you that talks to you like you are another person; it is the internal parent. Therefore I put everything in 3rd person.
No blame should fall on Grannon for my work here. I based it largely on what I gleaned from him. But it is also what I intuited would be helpful to me if my super ego were saying. And it blends over into being a bit of what a helpful parent probably would have said to us.
The word “man” was used only once, but if so much as one person says they would like a version that says “woman” instead in that spot, I will create that.
Music is from the album " Use Me Vol. 1 (Copyright Free)" by Monkey Punch. And is heavily edited by me simply for volume normalization.
There is a female voice speaking in one ear while a male voice speaks in the other. Once the script is spoken once, the voices switch ears. The script will play about 43 times through the course of the audio. Nothing is spoken in reverse.
Even though the super ego and the ego are not the same thing, you may get more mileage from this by listening to Dissolve the Ego first.
You will hear the voices a little here and there. Don’t worry, it won’t hurt anything.
Below you will find a link to the mp3 and the text script.
