Yes, I do have those, I just miss sexy heels lol … oh the feet calves about killed me lol, you don’t realise how out of alignment the muscles get
I forgot to mention that by listening to the joint and spur, it corrected my other toe alignment, just not my big toe joint, or perhaps I wasn’t consistent for long enough.
I think for me anyway, we treat these like a tablet, a few for a couple of days, get relief but then forget and don’t see the treatment through to the end… also physically, mentally, emotionally we get out of alignment so bad, it’s difficult to know which to prioritise so we alternate or rotate between them without actually creating a lasting effect.
Perhaps a field to help us to know what to focus on first, habits, health etc, cause I’m sure our bodies have the intelligence to know what domino will have the initial big impact and which ones should follow in succession for full and best, optimal impact for us individually, so actually creating a stable foundation. Or does that exist and I don’t know it lol. Please let me be able to afford it if exists.
