Vibes Day 4

Did you do your cycles of Amygdala and Releasing? What did you experience?

Yes I did two sessions which were both very similar. I started with Amygdala to see if any fears came up but there was nothing so I just sat there and enjoyed the feeling of peaceful bliss. I then ran the Anxiety field and a few things came up which I released fairly easily and quickly.

I should add that I did a lot of releasing some years ago on many issues and also released some fears in HPPv1 last week.

Did you do your Candle Exercise? Is it getting easier?

I did 15 minutes of the Candle exercise morning and evening. I definitely felt that I could hold my focus for longer periods and my mind has been getting calmer each day. I’ve felt a tingling in my third eye most times I’ve done this exercise but it felt a bit stronger today. I also felt pressure along the bone under my eye, mainly in the outside corner, which I haven’t felt before.

Did you run cycles on your Goal Releasing? What did you experience?

I spent quite a while on this exercise today. As I brought the word Relationships to mind issues came up related to feeling of unworthy which I felt pretty strongly in my chest and stomach. It took a fair while to release this as it’s been an ongoing issue my whole life due to my childhood experience. This then morphed into other issues which I also worked on releasing. Some released fairly quickly while others took a few rounds. I’m still finding the love feeling much easier and faster to bring in and felt enveloped in love at the end. I suspect there will be more work to do on this issue as it has many layers.

When I finished my session I decided to play Schumann then Grounding. Around the middle of them I needed to go to the bathroom (sorry TMI!). When I came back Grounding was playing. I felt so light and happy that I couldn’t help but bop around the lounge room to it with a big smile on my face.

Did you end your tasks with giving yourself Love? Did you give yourself that feeling throughout the day? How do you feel overall?

Yes I gave myself a lot of love after the tasks and throughout the day. It feels well, lovely, but also very grounding and brings a sense of peace. The sense of peace and tranquillity seemed more pronounced today each time I did it. It feels like a secret weapon to be able to center and ground myself anytime I want, regardless of where I am and what’s going on around me.

Anything else you wish to add?

Each day it’s becoming more obvious to me how incredibly powerful this system is. I’m so grateful to be a part of it. :two_hearts:

DAY 4 HPPV2

Did you do your cycles of Amygdala and Releasing? What did you experience?

Yes i ran a whole hour of it, i came out of it feeling more satisfied with my releases. I experienced deep heavy feeligns alot in my lower ribcage areas and in the middle of my chest. I feel good and motivated to go more into it which im going to do more releases soon before i sleep

Did you do your Candle Exercise? How did you find it/ Is it getting easier?
Yes its getting easier to sink into the flame alot more now but my mind still needs practice shutting up, i did it first thing in the morning which helps start the day in a clear way when i would usually just go sit down and just blob out to a coffee in my hand. I did it once today for 15 minutes.

Did you run cycles on your Goal Releasing? What did you experience?
I experienced alot of releases. Near the end of the session my whole body was having waves of warmth and electric shocks (of love) especially in my hands. The electric shocks i think could be related to using negentropic jing an hour before i woke up ( i wake up and put it on then go back to sleep for an hour). I spent alot of time on relationships today and felt clean minded nd calm afterwards.

One of the deep feelings i could feel in my throat (adams apple area) was actually phsically painful, like a bruised feeling , very hard to release this one. Words that came out of that feeling turned out to do with alot of masculinity problems which im so happy to be releasing cause it makes sense to the root of my relationship problems.

Did you end your tasks with giving yourself Love? Did you give yourself that feeling throughout the day? How do you feel overall?
Yes i did, practiced it when i was in the car and when i remebered. I felt love but nothing really overexatering, like i just felt calm. The emotion caused me to take the rest of the day easy. It’s so nice to be able control emotions on the fly.

Anything else you wish to add…

Feeling really diffrent inside my self and the way i talk recently, alot to do with the ego. Today when i was on discord with my friend that i havent talked to in ages, i had no feelings to be something or someone , i just kinda didnt care about shit, it felt like i was just trying to ‘communicate’ words nothing else. I think this correlates to the relationship releases.

Did you do your cycles of Amygdala and Releasing? What did you experience?
Yes. A few unexpected subjects came up. I was able to release them but the releasing takes a little longer than with HPPv1 at this point, the music distracts me. The candle exercise is something I do in peace and quiet, it does help my focus, but given the choice I do all other releasing etc in total quiet which I find much faster. I know I’m not supposed to focus on what is hard - but I’m also supposed to write what I experienced and this is what I experienced. I’ll keep practicing this to improve releasing with the music playing.
Did you do your Candle Exercise? How did you find it/ Is it getting easier?
Yes. Getting easier every day still. I’m noticing faster when my attention moves away, and bringing it back sooner. I’m starting to experience a weird sensation of ‘being’ the flame. Or being ‘in’ the flame. Trippy. Like there is no distance between my observation and the object.
Did you run cycles on your Goal Releasing? What did you experience?
Yes. Again coming to feelings of neutrality or nothingness after releasing on goals and other subjects.
Did you end your tasks with giving yourself Love? Did you give yourself that feeling throughout the day? How do you feel overall?
Yes. I’ve been ending with love and doing that for myself several times a day too. Today I sat for an extended period of time and just focused on love and was able to create some nice pleasant feelings for myself, so hopefully tomorrow that will be something I can reach back to during my HPP sessions for use.

This is just to further enhance my abilities:

“Difficulty releasing” -> “heart ache” -> “Love” (Could feel love from my calves to my skull, heartache dissolved away) -> “Relief” -> “Gratitude”

Result: Much less focus needed to amplify emotions. Heightened sensitivity to differentiate between and single out target emotion.

This just in: “Ahh what’s that emotion?..uncertainty” -> “I love you” -> Collapse and relief -> “Thank you”

Update: I can now see the colours and shapes of emotions. Love is purple, uncertainty is a brownish pinkish rod and Gratitude tends to be on the whitish side of things. Ability is still developing though.

Just got my gift guys. And man am I excited to review it.

Super amplifiable love is basically the more trigger happy version of its predecessor, aka needs less focus to amplify (think of focus as a lighter). It also has a more potent scent (the intensity of the feeling is big right from the get go) so you need less focus to even find the feeling/scent. And man it just fills your body with a tornado of love taking away all dem negative emotions with it. Damn, I like my gift.

Just tried it on “Fear of losing love” -> “Racecar track” -> “Super amplifiable love” (fills your entire body within seconds not minutes) -> “Thank you”

Also troubleshooting 101: Anytime there’s any difficulty…STOP. Say to yourself “SEE is simple” and vibrate this. And don’t force anything. Just clear mind, hear the sounds of the words, feel the feeling that the sounds give off, focus, hold focus, and bam. Vibrate it for a while and you’re back to normal.

Troubleshooting step 2: If no matter what, you just can’t feel it. Forget about trying to feel stuff. Get the statement and put all your focus on it. Shut everything out (including the initial tingling you get). Eventually you’ll feel something (remember sounds/images plus focus equals feelings).

Oh yeah I got another feeling and was like, “Uhhhhhh what’s that? Impatient dragon” (don’t ask me why), then released using love and thanks.

For me now, I just have to visualise that purple colour and then I feel love. Thank you is the natural progression of the relief from clearing up everything. I don’t even need to say the words now.

Vibes #1-3

I ran a few cycles of amygdala healing with Desiree after some relationship fears came up in my head, it took 2 listens of running different scenarios of the same topic followed by continuation while no listening

Each time I tried the candle exercise I’ve been highly sleep deprived lol i average 3 hours of sleep a day so I’m in like deep theta each time I look at the candle, sometimes i get these waves of what feels like bliss just coarse through my body like once or twice every now and then when I’m really really sleepy, wish I had more sleep haha

I released some goals regarding relationships as well, i felt in total peace with my goals at the end of running the cycles, i just ran 2 goals though lol the insecurities behind my goals where completely let go of and I don’t even feel like i have to worry about the goal itself any more

So where i usually feel the “i love you” part is in and around my spine, i feel as though my cells vibrate with energy and it’s total bliss, when i inhale and intend to increase the energy it expands through out my hole body and i can feel my body get lighter

When I say i love you, i imagine the words/thoughts coming from the center of my body and i kind of place the words up and down the center and it’s like it’s summoned

Did you do your cycles of Amygdala and Releasing? What did you experience?

  • Yessir, another day with a total of three listens! I stuck to the HPPv2 process in its entirety rather than toying with jumping the gun (Angel’s right with how slow and steady wins the race here), focusing intently on a complete release with both the phrases and feelings of ‘I love you’ and ‘love’ and then ‘thank you’.

  • The first listen of the field dug up a deep sadness/grief I wasn’t expecting. I disengaged my ego with an objective statement observing how low I felt at that moment and proceeded with the release.

  • The release itself ended up being equally as intense as the initial feelings - I worked through as the throbbing in my heart center slowly collapsed in on itself. From there a warmth and tingling grew and spread both in my lungs and heart, as well as in my head/scalp. It was definitely one of the most profound releasing experiences to date.

Did you do your Candle Exercise? How did you find it/Is it getting easier?

  • I did! It will likely become a staple of how I start my weeks moving forward. Today was another fifteen-minute candle exercise start (before the Amygdala+ release), and my mental space was clear and precise. I was only interrupted by intrusive thoughts around eight-nine times the whole fifteen minutes, which is much less than before (there’s also a little afterburn in my vision from the flame :sunglasses:).

  • Security, security, security…This is where a bulk of my progress was this entry. With the HPPv2 releases I did last night and after ‘Amygdala+’ I feel more freedom to do what I please and what will bring out the best in me. I am less blocked energetically in my approach to life, as if a massive load has been incrementally removed since Saturday.

  • Ironically enough, collapsing my pre-established ideals of security has in reality shed light on a) how good I have things now and b) how my conception of ‘security’ has been based on self-imprisonment, rather than freedom.

Did you end your tasks with giving yourself Love? Did you give yourself that feeling throughout the day? How do you feel overall?

  • Beyond how I was feeling during the Amygdala healing session, I’ve been feeling elevated and joyful! This is primarily due to me giving myself love as soon as I feel a dip in my mood. Along with these tasks, I listen to a stack that includes ‘Plasma Light’ and that elevates the strength of both the releases and the unconditional love to a crazy degree.

  • (Definitely feeling spaced out at times, so ‘Automated Grounding’ and ‘Schumann Resonance’, along with grounding cord visualization has helped me stay at least partially on planet earth, lol).

I also took some time last night and re-watched parts of video one and two to refresh myself on the process. The times I try to force myself with performing perfectly the less I feel I get out of it, so my approach today was more laxed yet immersive.

Vibes #1-3

Sunday through Tuesday I spent a lot of time getting through the four steps, by the time I had completed all my rounds it was +38 hours of that… Around the 18th hour mark I went on with the goal releasing with the goal and topic of connection/relationship with authentic self… It wasn’t until I talked to Dewbob about it that he explained to me the right form to do it… once I got through the four steps It was like I had activated a portal of resolutions that streamed their thoughts to my head!

Did you do your cycles of Amygdala and Releasing? What did you experience?

I ran Amygdala for an hour and 30 minutes… I usually find the field soothing but for this time, for not having a set of goals (fears) to release, all fears started showing up… At this point I directed the field to work on them separately while I wait on for the fears that “hit” to show up…
And they did! Situations started coming up into my body while the others were still being worked on. I released them one by one and I felt they were going out through my head. I was soo wanting to be at the Holding the I love you phase because it was so hard to intensify the forgiveness part. The I love you part was really longed for each time I released a situation. I enjoyed holding, intensifying, and sending it through me, and even flowing through it. At the end, I felt like I wanted to “group” the fears and release them together at once until the end of it… I followed with forgiveness and release (and I think halfway through Amygdala) and the releases were smoother from there.

A few fears that I have released were that of deadlines… I have realized how I have some sort of association with “incompetence” with that… two feelings that had to go… I have also tapped into that of acceptance and self trust… and that of having to be around my family real soon… I also released a fear I didn’t know I had for it has been my goal for long now, but then turned out to be a fear and a goal; getting to know myself. Also, a list of fears and associations came up with quitting smoking and weed. I released the fear of smoking, but then the fear of quitting smoking, and then the fear of not being a smoker? I was amazed at how one topic that I’m actively working on has those many sides to it.

Did you do your Candle Exercise? How did you find it/ Is it getting easier?

Yes!! The candle exercise is what has been making everything go smoother for me. It takes my mind away from any “doubts” I have. I have already been lighting a candle for the ‘mind eye stimulation’ part for the first week. Sunday evening was the first time, I wanted to start off with it but then I became sooo sleepy and I drifted off right after those 15 minutes finished. I slept to Amygdala that night because that was next on the list, but not to sleep to! My thoughts were all about doing ‘mental things’ with the flame and integrating with it— but that I had to draw my focus away from for then. For the following 11 minutes, it was all about observing the beingness of the flame, but that too, as much as it had less thoughts, was that in nature.

I ran three more sessions of the Candle Exercise and this morning, I started off my day with it! I tapped into the state of Focus before each exercise and it’s taken it levels up!

Did you run cycles on your Goal Releasing? What did you experience?

The goal releasing is one part I look forward to! I love the state I’m in afterwards and I love the fact that all my “random words” and comments are in compliance to what I want, and I’m not forcing it. My first one was (Relationships) connection to authentic self, a situation from earlier came up, released, felt real immense love and freedom. The second was Body and I felt this voice coming from my own body where it says “I have been working with you” I zoned out right after for 30 minutes and I felt like my body was being worked on… The third time was when I woke up at the middle of the night and I thought “security” — that didn’t follow with the rest but I worked with it and released my upcoming trip to family’s house. Now, I think it was a different thought that showed up itself in this way!

I just did this as I’m writing these words and!! My feet lifts off the ground every time I do it!! I literally feel like I’m flying out and in and it feels so grounding! At the same time! It’s amazing! It goes through my body and circulating around it!! I inhale the love in and exhale intensifying it out! And then (and while) I place it over my head letting it in and around! I think it’s how I should start off all my days! As a lil practice for the forgiveness part I do Forgiveness using the same way :)

Thankful I can use this outside of the sessions every time something comes up.

HPPv2 #4

Goal cycle?

Today was all over the place to be honest. I think the reason why I was shaking so much and why I wasn’t sure if I felt love or not was that I created multiple little versions of myself and I always acted from one or the other I think this got a bit better after today not sure but could still take some time. The thing is I didn’t really get to the goal releasing and spend time on that today. Security did pop up too though. I was crying hard while laughing. Sometimes I cried and the next sec I laughed. Then there was a part where I just laughed. Tears burned really bad in my eyes dunno why had to go wash my face.

I’ll watch the lesson again today or tomorrow I probably screw up somewhere. To be honest I wouldn’t be surprised. From the start I didn’t want to do the exercises so maybe I remembered something wrong.

I did 2 cycles. I experienced so much just appreciation. Before I started I was a little anxious in my mind about a business goal but after I feel like I just took a hot bath. I had tears in my eyes from the beauty I felt and it just made me feel really good. I felt the lava lamp sensations all through my stomach and heart region.

Did you do your candle exercise? Is it easier?

I did only one cycle of the candle for 10 minutes but that was super easy. Tonight I will do another round when I get off work.

I did my cycles of goal releasing on security still. The words that came up today from my feelings were home, basics and freedom. It’s starting to feel automatic to just switch right back into love now. It feels more peaceful in m mind. I have faith that everything is ok

How do you feel overall?

Of course it’s habit to give myself love now. At first this kind of felt uncomfortable but now it’s just normal to feel this love and be able to hold it throughout the day. Also people around me seem to be a lot more pleasant.

Yeah 2x. It was quite emotional, I even cried which is… unlike me to say the least. it was in the first half of my day.

1x 10 min, 1x15 min. It’s pretty sable for me, my thought were more persistent in the first one, the second went smoothly.

I did this after the part I write about in the other section.
Immediately a good friend popped into my mind that I disappointed some time ago and have been feeling extremely guilty about. I managed to release it I think, I am left with a warm/fuzzy feeling and dropped her a message as well (because I stupidly have not been very communicative with her because of the immense guilt I felt, for something that’s actually not even a too big deal and she already told me ages ago we were good, pretty childish on my part, I know, but i felt somehow paralyzed).

Yeah so my day was pretty much releasing all day. It started pretty bad/emotional but now I’m completely empty but also feel kind of nice at the same time.

So… I thought a lot about what you wrote Angel. You’re right that I have been basically giving up before I would release something completely. The reason for this is that there is a particular resistance/blockage/whatever that I feel in the throat area, like I am being choked, which I just… Didn’t know how to release to be honest.
I did rounds and rounds of it but it didn’t help at all because the physical feeling was so intense that even when concentrating on love, the pain was overpowering. I was stuck, pretty lost and hopeless in that situation, so I was looking for other angles to try and overcome it.

I decided that for my own sake, I needed to address this. So I decided to make this pain the focus of my day. I cried, a lot. I faced things that I normally wouldn’t. This time I had little helpers - the star exercise, throat chakra audio, ascension tag… For a boost in energy.
I actively meditated (releasing, v2 and v1) with the chakra audio for 2 hours, another one hour releasing without it, all focusing on the throat area, using the sentences/concepts that resulted in that choking feeling. For a good while didn’t seem like anything was going to be different, but then something changed and my throat became “windy”, felt energy rushing up and 3rd eye + crown area being activated/stimulated. The next 6-8 rounds (30 min or so) I felt my brain/head buzzing and stimulated in all sorts of ways.
The whole exercise was pretty long, with many sensations, a couple of times im pretty sure I wouldn’t have been able to stand up due to the buzzing/high/dizziness.
Now the original feeling is gone from my throat. I think I still feel something when I play the audio, but more in my mouth, teeth and lower half of my face. In terms of intensity, it’s a pale echo compared to before. Also, I think I need a break because I noticed that wherever put my focus, I feel a definite physical sensation, and now I cant tell anymore whether that’s just activation or something to be released.

Did my two cycles this morning. Felt more at peace after it was done. I was able to see certain concepts that were connected with these feelings that I need to really take of. Very easy process to do at this point as well.
I also had quite a few physical sensations as I felt a nice feeling cooling sensation throughout my spine and I felt like the energy was pushing me back in my chair. The field also felt like a nice security blanket overall as it really seemed to surround me. Felt pretty grounded throughout as well.
Still need to clear out some more things but this felt like a massive improvement in the right direction.

Did you do your Candle Exercise? How did you find it/ Is it getting easier?
I did a longer 15 minute cycle to see if I could deal with the extra time. I did feel a bit of fear at the beginning but I was able to easily recover. After that, it was really easy to keep my focus on the candle and I didn’t feel much resistance this time around. I felt very calm and relaxed to the point where I began dozing off a bit. By far, the easiest attempt at this so far and I felt at peace after it was done.

Continuing the goal of Security and the tone of releasing has changed quite a bit. The concepts have turn to self empowered with many of the subtopics starting with “I am…” and “We are…” The feelings that were being released were more empowering in tone as well. For example, “powerful” and “confident” were a couple of feelings that popped up that have never popped up for me before this session at all.
This is also the first time where I could feel love and gratitude throughout my body without much difficulty as the resistance overall was much lower than previous days.

Bring out the love feeling was pretty easy today. I was able to feel peace and calm almost immediately and the mind chatter that I was dealing with previously was almost gone. I also felt full body vibration without much trouble this time as well. I was feeling pretty happy and full of energy afterwards.

  • I did the candle exercise. It is getting easier. Almost easier, at least : I’m really tired tonight and I felt so relaxed in front of that candle that I almost dozed off.

Did you do your cycles of Amygdala and Releasing? What did you experience?

  • It was very difficult to stay awake and focused. I did 8 rounds trying to release a pressure/pain in my lower abdomen. First some shadow took off easily then I tried to dig past the physical sensations. When relaxing in the sensations to get to the feelings or into “I love you”, I got closer and closer to falling asleep. I could not get past that.

Did you run cycles on your Goal Releasing? What did you experience?

  • I had to work on Security today, my day was full of big insecurities pulling me down. I fumbled this morning working on them and started to successfully release them from the end of the afternoon. I cleared about ten topics and the feeling of peace and cozyness that replaced the crippling fears at some point was such a relief. There is still work to be done, so the peace and cozyness are now partly replaced by discomfort in my abdomen.

Did you end your tasks with giving yourself Love? Did you give yourself that feeling throughout the day? How do you feel overall?

  • It is becoming a habit. It was more difficult today, though, as my security topics du jour were weighing on me, but I still felt that little spark of goodness. When those topics were cleared enough, it was again easy and powerful and wonderful.
  • I just gave me a shot of Love while brushing my teeth and will continue while falling asleep.

Anything else you wish to add…

  • It’s really a rollercoaster. Yesterday I was feeling great and today was really difficult, it felt like an endless flow of insecurities. But hey, it’s good training.

HPPv2 #4
I looped the Amygdala audio for several rounds today and collapsed all the emotions that surfaced, they were mainly in my chest and in my throat. These weren’t so strong in intensity and were easy to release.

I spent quite some time candle gazing today. I am improving but still need a lot of practice to lengthen my focus. In the morning I set the timer for 20 minutes but in the evening I don’t use it at all as I find it goes off just as I’m focusing the most. Looking forward to the weekend when I can do a round or two every hour or so instead of the two morning and night sessions.

Even though my goal is to be financially independent I noticed today that while saying the word “Security” the comments that I was jotting down were more in line with protection, safety, vulnerable etc. I successfully collapsed them all and realised that all the comments were in relation to an armed burglary I had several years ago.

Today I enjoyed my “loving myself” session. The relaxed, gentle approach is working great. Didn’t even have to put any effort into it, just allowed it to happen. Still some minor aches in my heart region that I successfully collapsed. What I enjoyed most was that for the first time I felt the whole body tingle affect. It’s still mild mind you but I definitely could feel myself vibrating. This is super cool!

How do I feel overall? I’m happy I’m enjoying my daily sessions and very grateful for this opportunity. Thank You!

Observation:
I have noticed that I’m becoming more aware of my thoughts. As I start to pass judgement on what someone is saying or doing a thought will pop up to neutralise that judgement. What I would normally think in hindsight I’m now thinking in real time.

Yes, this time I can feel a huge block in my chest and around throat a fear feeling that brings memories when I was a kid. It would start before getting into the sleep paralysis, in fact, it would be the trigger, many times I would feel a lot of vibrations those days that turned into a few years being a kid without any knowledge about it I used to have lots of scary nights. Still releasing those blockages, mild tingles as it’s taking a bit longer, but happy with the progress so far.

Did you do your Candle Exercise? How did you find it/ Is it getting easier?

The concentration is getting better and slightly longer for sure, certainly more comfortable… it’s starting to feel more like a mediation, stillness … there were a few times some areas of my peripheral vision started to fade from my vision, overall quite happy in the progress.

Did you run cycles on your Goal Releasing? What did you experience?

Did a few times with my “Body” goal, the focus seems to build more and more and unveiling the deeper layers, lots of love causing to stay in that zone for longer, a smile seems to appear in the eyes in a sense after the session.

Did you end your tasks with giving yourself Love? Did you give yourself that feeling throughout the day? How do you feel overall?

Yes, there were moments that I just wanted to meditate and stay in the quiet loving feeling and do nothing else, had more peaceful awareness states has the day goes by.

Anything else you wish to add?

For these last 2 days, I noticed when I wake up I could feel strong emotions from my dreams since they were vivid and could recall them, they indeed affect how the day goes, releasing them and giving gratitude was such a huge relief, made my day calmer.

Did you do your cycles of Amygdala and Releasing? What did you experience?

Yes. First I had a trippy experience as I travelled down my body (through my spine I think) into my root chakra and there sat my fear of failure. After collapsing this and more listening I had a stinging pain in my heart. After releasing this “I hate you” feeling I was relaxed and just meditated to the music. I did feel some energy, but it was lovely with some nice tingling in my fingertips and later my hands. Nothing else to release though came up. After the last release I just felt at ease for the rest of the day.

Went for 20 minutes and 20 minutes a second time. First one was a good session always coming back to the flame. Second one I was in the zone. Time flew by doing this exercise. I couldn’t believe that the time has already passed when my timer went off. I really enjoyed being that focused and I am amazed how fast it is possible to improve focus with this technique.

Yes I did 2 sessions with lots of cycles today. Going deeper and deeper. I want to be free. I learned that I want to be my own boss and don’t want to be an employee. This is huge for me, as I never had the confidence nor the drive seriously considering it, but I am sure about this now. A shift is happening. I want to be responsible of what I do. Don’t know yet what I am gonna do, but some opportunity will show up in time.

Did you end your tasks with giving yourself Love? Did you give yourself that feeling throughout the day? How do you feel overall?

Yes. Love comes easily. I just have to close my eyes and breathe in and there is love. This is amazing. Love has become my best friend today. Well obviously I was constantly in a good mood today. Nothing was able to bother me. I just bathed in love today.

Overall this day felt like a breakthrough to me.
My quarantine ends tomorrow. Couldn’t have chosen anything better to do during those 2 weeks. Thank you angel for your great work and support.

3 cycles today. I’m starting from the beginning with a quiet mind. Again, I “drift” into love quite easily and it goes on through out the 3 cycles. I can describe whit I’m feeling like “courage to face whatever comes up”.

• Did you do your Candle Exercise? How did you find it/ Is it getting easier?

I did minutes today. Focusing is getting definitely getting easier.

I’m doing this early in the morning and I’m noticing the silencing effect of the mind is growing through out the day.

What I’m feeling is love vibration from the beginning lol. Nothing much to say, sometimes a thought comes up but it gets dissolved almost immediately

Yes without any effort. As I said before what is becoming evident is the way “outside” reality changes due to that.
