I would say that this would be good for the temporary relief of the experience of energy overload, but it doesnāt really address the causes of energy overload.
So, if you continue to do the thing that causes energy overload, youāll want to supplement this field with something else (depending on what youāre doing to cause your energy overload).

idk what I use tbh lol. each day I just kinda scroll, see what I feel like; Iāve changed my approach. I kinda just go with the flow now. much easier that way.
But I use self-refresh often. It helps me get through whatever it is Iām facing.

But you need to allow yourself to get into like this surrender state, trust the process, and flow. see where you take yourself. (But donāt totally transfer over this method for the physical fields though. IE: adipose annihilation. it says donāt do oxidize fat prior or right after furnace, so obviously, Iām not going to do that lol)
