I think helping me with body composition, but to get good results, I need to be focused with the fields and make physical effort.
What Maoshan said about listening to this and not gaining weight even though he eat a LOT lot, that does/would not work for me, it is not enough.
But this field makes it much easier to diet and eat less (for me), I’m often not hungry at all especially in the evening.

That worked for me during an aberration period. I doubt I would want to do that as a regular thing though… I pretty much fast for 18 hours and eat a Vegan meal or two during a 6 hour period. I generally can focus better on meditation when I am slightly fasted (not starving, not too full).

Also, Muscles Hungry for Fat reduces cravings big time!

@Anon1 I believe I have pretty balanced diet, some veggies/fruits here and there, some meat here and there, some carb here and there. I think I will give CICO (Calories in, Calories out) a chance for a month more maybe and then will try keto. I will probably incerase deficit even more, Thank You!

@Concernedbutcurious Hmm I have some stressful situations but nothing out of normal I think.
Well I do sleep 5-8 hours for every 24 but Im working shifts so its not really every night so cicardian rhytm may play a role in this also Thank You!

@Vesparda apart from using Diabetes and Thyroid x2, I would also listen to Super Metabolism, Fat Burning Genetic and Thermogenic Fat Loss for 2 or 3 times a day, and loop cardio sometimes.

Guys Thank You all for Your input but I feel responsible for off-topic on this thread. I wanted to know your opinion if this fields will help in my situation or similar (stubborn body fat), and didn’t want to create separate thread just to ask one question. Ahh, Furnace worked for me in maintenance. My weight has never been in that close of a range and with such little fluctuation. Normally I’d gain some and then make the effort to eat lesser to lose some only to go back and eat more :joy:
Though when that time of the month comes the hormones end up messing up any progress.


@Forumuser it’s hard to gauge tbh. If you’re at a certain weight now chances are the diet and lifestyle (and your genes I guess) is supporting that result. Some compensate with more activity to boost metabolism and caloric expenditure. For me I do feel my current activity levels and diet is pretty much the weight that I would maintain. If I were to lose weight it’s likely I would have to reduce the amount I eat daily.

Zen has quite a list going there in the few posts above… (also I’m lazy to figure out how to quote/link on mobile it’s hard enough to type :unamused:)

For now I think this can be a good idea (not in order) -
Leptin resistance (if you feel you overeat often)
Diabetes / pancreas regen (like you’re already using)
Thyroid regen
Metabolism boost
Glycolysis (this kind of has the UCP fat burning activation, so unsure if you want to keep using thermogenic weight loss)
Induced MOTS-c
Enhanced fat metabolism
Cardarine
Myostatin
Follistatin to muscles (if you wish, muscles consume more calories in the end)
Workout audios for some more muscles? Idk.
There’s Weight loss combo that combines some fields.

Also is this too off topic? I would think that it’s good we can have a discussion about our experience with the field and also alternatives before someone makes a purchasing decision.

Because of this I’d defintely use Blueprint and Plasma protocol, PP1 in particular but use all 3 (if your arent already)

Hmm maybe You are right. with weight loss combo I would feel it in muscles but not feel the thermogenic effect this much. Whats interesting I would see myself as ripped/very low fat percentage in my mind’s eye when using this field. But then again with actual weight loss it wasn’t showing much results for me. With myostatin audio my muscles would get much much bigger like in 2 days when combined with push ups even. But I would gain weight also. Out of those steroid fields I dont feel much effects either especially newer ones, only ones working are the old good EXTREME MUSCLE GROWTH and older versions of HGH and Testosterone. I’m yet to try the Glycolysis field tho.
With Metabolism booster looped for some time people would comment I am getting thinnier, but scale would show otherwise+ I didn’t noticed myself much results either.
Now the weird thing is I find older fields (like 2017/16 or earlier) work much much better for me than the new ones and I don’t know what’s the case. Thats especially weird because this does not seems to be the case for other people. And not only the physical fields but also older chakra fields etc seemd to worked much better in comparision to the upgraded versions.
Because of that Im wondering between buying those fields or going to dietician.
I had my sugar levels tested last year after quitting as well as thyroid and other things and everything was apparently fine but I dont really know what to do anymore

Do you use this in the morning or at night for what you did?

If he does Keto, his free testosterone will go down so I think fasting would be better for him.

But the real profit with this , its that you can CUT the belly fat resistant to any thing you tried before .

Wait so muscle beyond limits needs to be listened from a distance? Can I not simply use headphones been doing that for awhile :joy:

When they were talking about “a distance,” I’m pretty sure they were meaning in terms of timing. @_OM was reminding ferdinandoloverso that, when using this field, we need to leave at least an hour after listening to this before listening to Muscles Beyond Limits (as mentioned in that field’s description).

You should be fine using your headphones with this field.
