I’m wondering how deep this goes is this just for appearance or does it go deep into every organ, muscle, the brain etc. does it heal in a sort of flower of life kind of way?

On another note this field hurrrrts lol but only cuz it’s really strong… I feel it strongly all over my body but specially the parts where I feel they wanna have more attention!

Which is awesome btw bc for those with lld, gait becomes difficult. Pelvic mis-alignment. Spine issues ie spondylothesis
And they have to wear a sneakers (or closed toe shoes) with a pad at the bottom that gets them to the same length as the other side.
This is really nice because once your alignment is off, so many other problems follow suit. And
the problem isn’t really solved other than combating it with PT, the above, pain relief, etc;
And if you are an adult, no longer able to get pediatric surgery, i mean you just learn to live with it.
Or some cant afford for pediatric surgery. Its hundred of thousands of dollars

My ribs feel like the day after having done rib expansion exercises even though I haven’t done any in days lol
I more specifically feel it on the ribs on my right side, that’s the side of my ribs that look atrophied or something haha
One of these past days (maybe yesterday?) I was posing and thinking to myself “damn, i only look good in twisting poses or side poses but not straight on poses where my asymmetries are put on display”
And now this field dropped, and I’m just so damn happy haha Soon, ill be able to rock every pose!
The down side to twisting poses in bodybuilding is that they only look good from one angle and look awkward in others, so it’s always good to be able to hit poses straight on so that no matter where the judges are seated in the audience you still look good

last night after looping for like an hour, I got up to take a walk and as soon as I stepped on the ground I was shocked!
ohh so that’s how two foot feeling the ground feels like :D
My shoulders too, they feel like they stand out… And straighter in their posture!
There is an adjustment that happens to all parts even the ones that aren’t obviously asymmetrical or anything, then also feels like it has those ‘trainer’ aspects in posture alignment fields where the field trains you to stand tall in your new posture!
I noticed I was quick to remember to carry my body in its new ‘shape’! – instead of acting out of habit and carrying it in the ways that suited the older shapes.
And my jaw actually hurt lol so all the back/shoulder/neck work has an effect on what is connected to it in your face,

But a sweetly painful effect I love anyway
Yes!! I paired with Myofascial release halfway through the second hour lol. It was just the relief my body needed, but also creating more flexibility for change! (and more popping sounds lol)
