This audio really does help keep you grounded regardless of the other audios you’re using. This is a great combination with any audios geared toward ascension.

Part 2: I’ve also noticed that I’ve been snapping out of those moments where I get lost in a completely different train of thought. I know a lot of people can relate where they’re trying to do a certain task and all of a sudden you start thinking about something completely different and have to pull yourself back to what you were doing after 30 seconds - a few minutes. Also I’ve noticed I’m a lot less nervous around people I’ve never met before and willing to randomly start conversation with them. VOC and VOT allowed me to stop letting anxiety take control over me, but I had never developed that mindset to reach out to another person first. I can see this being a ridiculously beneficial audio for me in the long term.

I’ve been stuck in my parents house some years for health reasons, barely leaving my room. 
Will this help me in solving this? I bought some tags and audios but cant get out Im desperate, i don’t know what to do.

It sounds to me like you actually do know what to do. If you’re truly there for health reasons, doesn’t it make sense to take care of those health reasons so that you then have reason to be somewhere else, doing something else.
It sounds to me like your situation would benefit more from healing fields. When you’ve taken care of your health reasons, you might want this field. But as you’re presenting it here, this field would be a lower priority for me than the health and healing fields.

Its complicated. I was on my way to recovery - i had my 8 metal fillings removed- following a protocol from a true doctor, healing the intestines, the liver, brain -i have weakened/damaged the internal organs for some reason despite never doing drugs-. It wasnt all in my head, i felt terrible and uncapable because i was ill, and i was finally slowy recovering coming back to life.
Then months ago something happened.
My dad began to have very high Blood pressure and bought him some stones (shungite selenite orgonites) thinking could be EMF related, i was scared so i had to try. It worked somewhat and everything was fine for a while, the stones made me feel sick sometimes and i had to learn to sage them.
Then i decided to get them out of House because were too troublesome -this was in february/march- and long story short since then i feel the stones are affecting me in some way, and cannot follow the healing protocol, gives me gut issues. I have the heart rate and BP myself a bit high all day (same happened when i had the stones and had to sage them). I think some bits of some stones are still here i dont know. Its weird but the worst thing is i tried to solve this but i cant. All i wanted is helping someone.
Sorry the long post.
I didnt take the vaccine (i passed the virus) so cant be that.
