The diaphragm breathing will help as you learn it.
All these fine muscles man. I’ll be honest, in my real life, my voice cracks constantly when talking (amplified by anxiety) and I have that dreaded vocal fry when talking as well. I just never seemed to have learnt how to control my voice properly.
Yes Babyjo… HS is Higher Self and HGA is Holy Guardian Angel.
Thank you for your response and thank you for your quick reply!
Holy shit, just discovered that gem.
This is almost time for Bed here so I did a small round with Soma Breath (Rythmic Breathing + Long Breath retention on the exhale), this is STRONG!
Will add it to my daily regiment
Though how do you guys hold on regarding the shoulders? This is killing them.
Any part I am missing out?
Btw if any of you guys need advice regarding breathing technique (how to and else), feel free, I am a non-certified Soma Breath instructor
Let’s start a new separate topic if we are discussing alternate breathing techniques.
Thank you!
@anon32464289, @skyhigh and @_OM,
I think a new topic on correct breathing techniques for the star exercise would be great. Getting a precise insight into how it all works would be tremendously helpful as breathing is half the exercise. From where to feel the breath, to proper exhaling technique to mastering any difficulties. I think it’d be a great idea.
Oh my, I just realized I’m back to square one.
I think I did the star exercise once in the morning yesterday, but then I was busy running errands and Christmas prep after the mass meditation and I completely forgot to do the 2nd round
If I could I’d send you the energy I’ve built up that would’ve been equivalent to your second round.
It’s been hit and miss with the vibrations anyway so who knows how many times my counter has been reset.
Ok. Time to start over!
Whether you feel vibrations or not doesn’t matter for the “count”.
You have 22 weeks to master it.
If you did the exercise but felt “nothing”. That still counts for doing the exercise.
Hang on… Are we supposed to do 1x /day or 2x /day? I had been only doing it 1x/ day.
That’s good to know. Thought the counter would only start when I fully mastered the exercise. Thank you for the good news!
2x a day. Please re-read thread carefully as this is 2nd thing you’ve misread…
Yeah…
Hello everyone, today I have found a very useful pre-workout field that greatly supports the exercise
In my experience, I found it easier to breathe as it reduces the squeezing sound which to me was the most trouble when doing this exercise.
Thanks for the tip!
