Also you will know if your overworking your brain easily. You will be very exhausted from doing so. I personally ran subliminal-shop.com subliminals with other products. Sometimes i would experience the exhaustion but it’s not gonna harm you. If anything depending on how your brain works it may hinder your results. Some people actually claim his older technology to work better because it wasn’t jam packed with so much data in the subliminal. Who knows.

I know from my own experience and testing with friends of mine at least two companies on the market who create subliminals that really work within 2 weeks just by listening to them for 1 hour per day. They can also be used simulatinously and with other different products (other subliminals, Sapien fields etc.) and do never exhaust or overwork the brain.

yes they work. I used a subliminal called emotional healing for few months and it worked great. When I stopped using it I had some emotional breakdowns (minor ones). I feel the subliminal worked but did not clear 100% of the emotional junk.
