Urgent help needed for lung detox

Hi

I inhaled toxic air
Long story short, I stayed in a house with toxic air for 5 minutes or so
(not chemical, but the house not cleaned at all, with strong odor, they have 2 cats and I guess cats litter not cleaned at all, possibly mold…)
It was yesterday afternoon, since then I can’t breathe well
My breath is short

Any detox fields that you recommend? especially for the lungs
Unfortunately Sapien lung field does not cooperative to me
Any other field that help my condition?

Try taking Cetirizine 10mg once a day for couple of days, if it helps, continue for a week or two, it should be OTC in most places.

Also it might be, but unlikely some bacterial or viral infection from the place as it was unsanitary, it sounds more as an allergy provoked.

The place was disgusting

I stayed there only for several minutes, so will I be infected by bacterial? Less likely
I’m not coughing, no fever, but generally not feeling good, and my breath is short

Cetirizine is common antihistamine that is effective for many allergies, it is far less impactful on sleepiness as it doesn’t efficiently cross blood-brain barrier. Unlike first generation antihistamines, that were used as sleep aids. That was actually their side effect, but one for which they were overused far too much.

Such a rapid onset of symptoms can easily be driven by allergy, also anxiety.

I really don’t know if it’s allergy
because I’m having heaviness in my lungs and short breath, but not sneeze, cough, mucus

NAC is N-Acetyl Cysteine often sold as Acetylcysteine tablets or powder.

I don’t know which Lung field you’ve tried but the Lung Antioxidant field QUICKLY takes away shortness of breath and allergy responses.

I tried lung regeneration field a few times in the past.
Somehow I didn’t feel well after using it, and that happens to me sometimes
