Vegan sources of choline?

I follow a vegan diet for medical reasons and unless Captain has a hidden field for taking someone through body types to “the ancient body type”, that’s not changing anytime soon.

I’m looking into sources of choline and there’s just nothing on the level of Beef Liver, fish, etc. I was hoping some of the Brain Guild were also vegan and knew of solid sources/supplements? I’m aware of the Omega 3’s, but what else is out there?

Hmm, 21% of DV for a half cup of edamame, that’s not bad at all… just have to find a clean soy source.

I recommend rather approaching it carefully and also unlikely it raises choline (Acetylcholine audio).

Also look up Chris Masterjohn and his podcasts on B vitamines, there’s a lot of to gain from balancing co-factors.

This isn’t for choline sources but if you want to enhance acetylcholine release, coffee consumption can help hear among the other benefits of the elixir.
