I follow a vegan diet for medical reasons and unless Captain has a hidden field for taking someone through body types to “the ancient body type”, that’s not changing anytime soon.
I’m looking into sources of choline and there’s just nothing on the level of Beef Liver, fish, etc. I was hoping some of the Brain Guild were also vegan and knew of solid sources/supplements? I’m aware of the Omega 3’s, but what else is out there?
