Thank you for this great clarification @Dr_Manhattan.

Besides grounding and hydration, could you please share what fields you would recommend to lessen the looping/spamming effects of your other fields Conceptual Conglomerate and Manly Man (in PM if you don’t want to derail the thread)? I recently picked these up and have been using them pretty regularly for extended periods, but became massively overtired a couple of days ago; waking up at 2:30 - 3:30 am wide awake. This happening is what lead me to White Matter, which gave me some excellent much-needed rest the last couple of nights. I’ve been taking a couple of days off of everything (including workouts) except for playing WM intermittently throughout the day.

@Triple-T

Energy fields like Ojas, Tejas and auric repair will help. There is also the “force of life” and a couple more energy related fields to help you power through.

I’ll move these post to a new thread

Do we need DHA to create new grey matter or only to myelinate the neurons afterwards?

Summary of Intermediate Review:

Key: The primary goal of the field is to enhance white matter in the brain. White matter is crucial for the transmission of nerve signals and is associated with improved cognitive function, faster thinking, and better memory. The field aims to increase the production of enzymes related to the myelin sheath, which insulates nerve fibers and accelerates nerve signals in the brain. The field boosts blood flow and nutrient absorption in the brain supporting overall brain health and function. The field involves the generation of hydrogen and oxygen from water, which is then directed to the brain. This as a potent brain wiring booster. People should drink water here to help the field.

In the context of the highway analogy for white matter in the brain, you can think of an increase in white matter as analogous to broadening the highway:

  • Increased Information Transmission: When you widen a highway, it can accommodate more vehicles and allow for smoother traffic flow. Similarly, an increase in white matter can enhance the capacity for information transmission between different regions of the brain.
  • Enhanced Communication: A broader highway can improve communication and connectivity between various locations. Similarly, more extensive white matter connectivity can enhance communication and coordination between different brain regions.
  • Efficiency in Signal Transmission: A wider highway can reduce congestion and improve the efficiency of vehicle movement. Similarly, an increase in white matter can potentially lead to more efficient transmission of nerve impulses.
  • Handling Increased Cognitive Load: A broader highway can handle a higher volume of traffic. Similarly, increased white matter may contribute to the brain’s ability to handle a higher cognitive load and process information more effectively.

Reported intermediate benefits/reviews:

  1. Physical, Cognitive & Mental Benefits: Users have reported a range of benefits, including increased processing speed, improved memory, better reflexes, communication skills and enhanced cognitive abilities. Some users also mentioned improvements in physical performance.
  2. DHA from Omega-6s: The field manipulates the common Omega-6 fatty acids through direct morphic field manipulation to obtain the potent DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid): molecule. This is suggested to bypass the need for obtaining DHA from traditional sources like fish or krill oil.
  3. Comparison with Supplements: Some users emphasized the cost-effectiveness of the field compared to purchasing Omega-3 supplements.
  4. Accessibility and Affordability: Users praised the accessibility of the field and its affordability compared to traditional supplements.
  5. Nostalgic Frequencies and White Noise: The field incorporates nostalgic frequencies, and white noise is used as part of the audio experience.
  6. Concerns and Clarifications: One user mentioned potential concerns about the absence of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) in the field and recommended continuing with Omega-3 supplements if needed. EPA is another type of omega-3 fatty acid. It is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is often associated with cardiovascular health. Users can still take Omega-3 for EPA
  7. Notable Sensations: Users described strong sensations while listening to the field, suggesting its potency.
  8. Booster/Enhanced Effectiveness: There are mentions of noticeable effects and sensations, suggesting that the field may enhance the effectiveness of other audio fields. Another user mentioned playing this field along with other brain-related audios and described the experience as a “wiring field,” reinforcing the belief that progress is being made.
  9. Restoration of deep sleep: Users are discussing effects of the field on deep sleep and potential benefits that deep sleep can on its own can help in cognitive function, memory consolidation, and emotional well-being. Now if the field is designed to enhance the depth or quality of sleep, it might increase the likelihood of users experiencing deeper sleep stages. While deeper sleep can be beneficial for overall health, the abrupt awakening from deep sleep can lead to sleep inertia.
  10. Peripheral Nervous System (PNS): A consideration was made that the field can help the Peripheral Nervous System. The Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) is a network of nerves and ganglia outside of the central nervous system (CNS), which includes the brain and spinal cord. The PNS is responsible for transmitting information between the CNS and the rest of the body.
  11. Looping and brain overgrowth: Looping the field and drinking water all day to boost other brain fields could cause brain overgrowth. One should use The Plasma Brain of Youth or Brain Key in combination.
  12. White Matter (subfield): White Matter is also part of Manhattan 8K field.See below in thread.

Note: It’s important to note that individual experiences with such products can vary from person to person.

I didn’t want to keep commenting under The Brain Game thread, so I’m switching here

Okay, in regards to Myelin, M8K and White Matter are similar, then

  1. Can you briefly explain how different these 2 fields are (I mean, what it does to the brain), and how similar other than Myelin they are?

  2. would it be okay to use both?

Thank you!

@candy

The Myelin/ White Matter aspect of M8K was just a minor addition, a cool little add-on on top of the M8K.

The similarities: The M8K and White Matter both transform DHA into Myelin sheath. It stops there.

The uniqueness starting with M8K:

I don’t know your particular level in biology, I’ll just go into detail for everyone.

It synthesizes more phospholipids types in your neurons’ membranes:

  1. phosphatidylserine
  2. phosphatidylcholine
  3. phosphatidylethanolamine
  4. phosphatidylinositol
  5. combined with the previously released Plasmalogens.

(This bit above is EPIC !!)

Each one of the above helps in cognition (so intelligence) and protect your neurones.

Then M8K also induces the production of capillary endothelial cells to restore and improve the blood-brain barrier (also improves insuline sensitivity in the brain).

Now comes the enzymes ALL IN RNA FORMAT that is the messenger code that instruct the synthesis of the following long term:
(For some I’ll list what they provide instead of the actual enzyme name or gene)

  1. Alpha Lipoic Acid
  2. Vitamin C
  3. Gluthatione
  4. Pinoline
  5. AMPK
  6. CAT
  7. GPLD1
  8. NAD+

Also included was:

  • NOS1 (Nitric oxide synthase)
  • ADCY (Adenylate cyclase > cAMP production, increase cognition, memory etc)
  • ATP5F0 and ATP5F1 (need both subunits to make ATP synthase)
  • CRT and CKBB (Creatine synthase and Creatine kinase brain type, one creates creatine, the other use it to form phosphocreatine)

And finally ENPP6.

Of all this list, the only thing remotely close to White Matter is ENPP6. That little gene that makes an enzyme turning DHA into Myelin. It was still cool because of the RNA format, so eating omega-3s whenever would be enough to generate Myelin, lots of convenience and capacity. But to call these fields similar is kind of a stretch.

Keeping in mind that a bunch of these had to be reverse engineered by Dreamweaver, you might understand the $300 price tag.

I’ll be back soon for the white matter part.

White matter

It’s a smart myelin maker.

Matter can’t be created out of thin air, so we went for the next best thing.

We found a compound similar enough and available throughout the body of pretty much everyone in high quantity which we could convert without issues. Then a few more atoms and double bonds were added to it to turn it into DHA without needing to consume those fish or krill oil pills (this is not easy to do of course).

DHA is not convenient to get in an average diet, this one is close to making DHA out of thin air and dragging it to the right location at the right time, with the right enzyme (ENPP6) to create the myelin on the spot and on demand with pretty much any diet.

If we create new neurons and connections all the time, then we have to myelinate those axons all the time. It takes a whole organization, shopping for pills, scheduling the thing (if you don’t have M8K). Not anymore and it has no side effects like binge eating Omega-3s would.

It hydrates the brain which is important, stimulate the creation of Nitric oxide (I guess the nitric oxide bit is somewhat similar though here it’s in a different way). Stimulate the absorption of nutrient and then boost the brain with hydrogen and oxygen both from manipulating the water (which is also pretty cool in and of itself). That’s also a smart effect.

Good for health, good for cognition and boosts the wiring of other fields. M8K hits those boxes too so I guess it’s a similarity.

It’s really convenience and efficiency dialed to the max

I’m just the assistant, actually making it is the hard part which Dream performed.

“You are the best” when you put what’s behind the fields into the words with scientific background. Your logical thinking is :+1: :+1: :+1: :+1: :+1:
Easy to understand and comfortable to read through.
Thinking and imagining how your brain functions simply excites me. LOL 笑
I gotta buy and use Manhattan brain field series, and experience for myself, right?
Thank you for all you do here.

Do we really need less sleep after doing this ? I only slept like 5-6 hours after listening to this for 3-4 times .

My normal 8-12 hours seems to be gone

Thanks @batukhan for making me to purchase this one as I have read somewhere that PUFA causes inflammation and weight gain etc., I have seen posts on reddit with people claiming that they obtained great health by eliminating PUFA from their diet but it is just not possible at least with my life, and this looks like a great remedy by turning it into DHA!

yup just saw that

Do u still see that effect ? Needing less sleep would be godly I literally can’t function if I don’t get 8 hours lol
Literally so foggy, can’t socialise or think straight
gonna start brain mania today dual looping rn

im back to looping this 30 mins to an hour with brain key, manhattan method.

Personally don’t see the needing less sleep from this field - but i do notice processing thoughts faster which is especially more noticeable to me when i do grappling.

Though if you want less sleep in general sapien has an old field called hyperstate sleep which has worked great for me in the past
