I heard somewhere that you could only listen to the original audio a maximum of a 3 times a day for 3 days a week. So that makes about 9 times a week. Would it be ok to listen to the audio once a day for 7 days a week? That only makes 7 times per week

Yes though I’d recommend a push pull legs routine at the gym. Field helped me a lot and it wasn’t really a lot of bloat
I am doing ah basic routines ,I do 22 rep of Puch 3 set ,pull up 5 rep 3 set wake time and night ,Monday to Friday and rest Saturday and Sunday ,I was thinking to use this Bcs i don’t go to gym and there’s fact that calisthenics exercise don’t increase muscle Bcs the limit of weight etc and i was thinking if I use this intelligently I can make progress with my own weight

Got a question on this. I want to gain some muscle again (it’s been damn 2 years since I last was able to work out lol), but I wanna get some weight and muscle again by listening to this and maybe combine with the Enhanced Cellular Nutrient Absorption. How many times should I listen to this Weight Gainer field?
And another thing, do I have to eat more than my daily advised calory intake? Like when I was bulking the last time, I ate around 3300 calories bulking. So I am not sure how to go about this now; how much to eat etc when using these fields. Without working out.
